For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

STEP ONE:

Complete the signup form below. Be sure to enter correct names and information as our system creates an account for you in our back office and this information is used for the cruise line where all information must match you documents you will be traveling with. Double-check spelling of Names, Dates Of Birth, and email addresses.

STEP TWO:

Once we process your deposit (or CruiseFirst Coupon) we will send you your client portal and Cool Panda Travel App that you can download to your phone. From there you will be able to see deck plans and we will let you know which rooms are available in your category. You can then pick your room by using the deck plans as a guide. You will let us know your room number you have choosen and will complete some tasks to finalize your reservation.

STEP THREE:

Make Payments at your leisure from inside your client portal or travel app.

Norwegian's cancellation penalties begin 120 days prior to your cruise. See the link below for Norwegian's cancellation policy. .

Cruise lines no longer mail out paper documents to travelers. All documents are now electronic and typically available for you to print about 3 weeks prior to sailing. Luggage tags will be available and provided to you at the pier. Government fees, taxes, and air taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to pass through any increases in government fees and taxes even after deposit or final payments. Cruise lines reserve the right to reinstate the fuel supplement for all guests and up to $11 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel. Any booking changes, not limited to name changes, cabin or sailing may be subject to a $25 fee per change for changes made any time after the deposit has been paid. All cancellations may be charged an administrative fee of $50 per person in addition to any cruise line penalties or fees.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Deposits are $125 Per Person For Passengers 1 & 2. 

If this booking is for 2 people then your full deposit is $250

If NCL is running their Free $150 for $150 giving you $300, and you have selected the CruiseFirst option above then your payment for today is $150. We will process $150 to get you another $150 for free and then will apply the coupon to your room, more than covering the deposit.

If NCL is running their Free $250 for $250 giving you $500, and you have selected the CruiseFirst option above then your payment for today is $250. We will process $250 to get you another $250 for free and then will apply the coupon to your room, more than covering the deposit.

The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any questions. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

Event Tickets

For your convenience, the event ticket fee is already included as an amenity in the total price listed. 

Event tickets will show up as a line item on your invoice from us as follows. - EVENT TICKET: Included in pricing. ($250.00)  Event tickets are processed by The Cool Panda once your cruise portion has been paid off. (The last payments of your cruise go towards the event ticket) This line item is not included on your NCL confirmation as we do not use them to process the event tickets. We use Ticket Tailor and Stripe to process the event ticket.

Terms and Conditions for Event Ticket Purchases

1. Event Ticket Exchange Upon boarding the cruise ship, you will check in with us to receive your event lanyard and T-shirt. Your event ticket is required to complete this process and is necessary for accessing the private events.

2. Event Ticket Coverage Your event ticket covers the following:

• T-Shirts and lanyards
• Bands and event hosts
• Event space, sound technicians, and lighting technicians
• Additional waitstaff
• Transportation for staff and entertainers
• Administrative fees

3. Refund Policy Event tickets are fully refundable until the final payment date of the cruise. After the final payment date, tickets become non-refundable as all event spaces, hosts, and bands will have been paid.

4. Non-Availability of Event Tickets Onboard Event tickets are not available for purchase once onboard the ship. This policy aligns with all cruise line guidelines.

5. Entertainer Discretion for Additional Performances We reserve the right to allow our entertainers to perform additional events onboard at the request of the cruise line or resort, which may include events open to all passengers. Such performances are outside the scope of your private event ticket.

6. Non-Refundable Tickets After Final Payment By purchasing an event ticket, you agree that we are counting on your attendance at the private events. After you sign up, we make the necessary arrangements for your participation. Therefore, event tickets are non-refundable after the final payment date, regardless of cancellation reasons.

7. Transfer Policy If the cruise is canceled by the cruise line and a new date is scheduled, your event ticket may be transferable to the new event.

8. Acknowledgment of Refund and Chargeback Policies By signing these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that:

• Event tickets are non-refundable after the final payment date.
• Event tickets are not covered by travel insurance.
• You understand and accept our policies regarding refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.

9. Entertainment Lineup Changes The entertainment lineup may be subject to change prior to the final payment date. Should an entertainer or guest host cancel after the final payment date, we are not liable for refunds.

10. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, reverse charge, or recollection attempt on a payment already processed, The Cool Panda reserves the right to charge additional costs, fees, and legal expenses associated with resolving the dispute.

Speed Up The Process - Fill Out The Form

If you are having difficulty and need help, it's okay as that is what we are here for. We love cruisers and a five-minute phone call will turn into an hour-long conversation of stories and experiences. However, before calling us, fill out the form to the best of your ability. Even if you call us, we will still have to have your signed agreement for both us and the cruise line's terms and conditions along with insurance acceptance or declines. It is much easier for us to pull up your reservation request while on the phone and make changes than it is to go back and forth with forms and waivers through email.

All payments are at your leisure. Our system will send monthly cruise reminders. Or you can request that our system set up an automatic payment plan for you. The choice is yours. The final payment date is 6/20/2025
