TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

STEP ONE:

Complete the signup form below. Be sure to enter correct names and information as our system creates an account for you in our back office and this information is used for the cruise line where all information must match you documents you will be traveling with. Double-check spelling of Names, Dates Of Birth, and email addresses.

STEP TWO:

Once we process your deposit (or CruiseFirst Coupon) we will send you your client portal and Cool Panda Travel App that you can download to your phone. From there you will be able to see deck plans and we will let you know which rooms are available in your category. You can then pick your room by using the deck plans as a guide. You will let us know your room number you have choosen and will complete some tasks to finalize your reservation.

STEP THREE:

Make Payments at your leisure from inside your client portal or travel app.

Norwegian's cancellation penalties begin 120 days prior to your cruise. See the link below for Norwegian's cancellation policy. .

Cruise lines no longer mail out paper documents to travelers. All documents are now electronic and typically available for you to print about 3 weeks prior to sailing. Luggage tags will be available and provided to you at the pier. Government fees, taxes, and air taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to pass through any increases in government fees and taxes even after deposit or final payments. Cruise lines reserve the right to reinstate the fuel supplement for all guests and up to $11 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel. Any booking changes, not limited to name changes, cabin or sailing may be subject to a $25 fee per change for changes made any time after the deposit has been paid. All cancellations may be charged an administrative fee of $50 per person in addition to any cruise line penalties or fees.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Deposits are $125 Per Person For Passengers 1 & 2. 

If this booking is for 2 people then your full deposit is $250

If NCL is running their Free $150 for $150 giving you $300, and you have selected the CruiseFirst option above then your payment for today is $150. We will process $150 to get you another $150 for free and then will apply the coupon to your room, more than covering the deposit.

If NCL is running their Free $250 for $250 giving you $500, and you have selected the CruiseFirst option above then your payment for today is $250. We will process $250 to get you another $250 for free and then will apply the coupon to your room, more than covering the deposit.

The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any questions. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

Speed Up The Process - Fill Out The Form

If you are having difficulty and need help, it's okay as that is what we are here for. We love cruisers and a five-minute phone call will turn into an hour-long conversation of stories and experiences. However, before calling us, fill out the form to the best of your ability. Even if you call us, we will still have to have your signed agreement for both us and the cruise line's terms and conditions along with insurance acceptance or declines. It is much easier for us to pull up your reservation request while on the phone and make changes than it is to go back and forth with forms and waivers through email.

All payments are at your leisure. Our system will send monthly cruise reminders. Or you can request that our system set up an automatic payment plan for you. The choice is yours. The final payment date is 6/20/2025
