Welcome to Kristen and Brett's wedding at the all inclusive Royalton Negril resort in Negril, Jamaica.
Kristen and Brett have organized a gorgeous beachfront wedding and your entire group will have an amazing time celebrating the two of them in Jamaica.
Kristen and Brett have arranged for a room block at the resort for their wedding party. The room block is accessible via this online interest form. We have several room types available to you. Should you wish to reserve a room type that you do not see in this offering, no worries mon! Please message Christi McGown at christi@happyplacetravel.com and alert her to the room category you prefer. Christi will work with the resort to add your preferred room category to the wedding group block.
What's included in your quote:
- Royalton Negril is an all inclusive resort so your wifi, the majority of premium adult beverages and nearly all restaurants are offered as an inclusion.
- Airport shuttles are included with your room rate and will take you to the Royalton Negril from the Montego Bay airport and then back to the Montego Bay airport once the festivities come to an end. The ride between the Montego Bay airport and the resort will take about one hour 15 minutes. Please note that we do require your flight details at least 30 days prior to your arrival in Montego Bay. The shuttle vendor will need an accurate passenger count so they may staff accordingly on your arrival and departure dates.

Resort Check In Policy:
Check-In 3:00 PM
Check-out 12:00 Noon
You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of 350 USD, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt.
Shared Room policy:
Please note that guests who wish to share a room, must have the same arrival date and departure date.
Cancelation policy:
We understand that you may have an unexpected issue to arise that would cause you to have to cancel your reservation. We highly recommend travel protection with cancelation protection to cover any unplanned issues that might arise.
*Please note that if your room reservation includes other guests who will still be attending the wedding, their room reservation cost per person will likely increase. i.e. A four guest room becomes a three person guest room due to one guest canceling. All of the guests originally had their rate calculated based on quadruple occupancy. Should a guest cancel, the remaining guests will have their room rate recalculated at the new room category rate.
- Cancelations before February 26, 2021 may be made with zero penalty to the person canceling the reservation.
- Cancelations on February 26, 2021 to April 7, 2021 will result in a $100 per person penalty withheld from any funds you are to be reimbursed
- Cancelations on April 8, 2021 to April 30, 2021 will result in a 1 night penalty withheld from any funds you are to be reimbursed
- Cancelations on May 1, 2021 to May 31, 2021 will result in a 2 night penalty withheld from any funds you are to be reimbursed
- Cancelations on June 1, 2021 and after will not receive any refund
Travel Protection Plans Offered:

If you would like this option, it must be paid for no later than 7 calendar days after your initial deposit is paid.
