After your deposit has been paid, you will receive: 

An email with an invoice number. This is not your trip confirmation email. Within 5 Business days you will receive you

trip confirmation email confirming that you are fully registered for the trip as well as notice of any additional documents

that we need from you. The satisfaction of knowing Thailand 2024 is complete and will be beyond AMAZING

PASSPORTS

-Are mandatory for all group trip participants. Please have at least 4 pages remaining in your passport for stamps.  

COVID-19 UPDATE

Typically, all fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable for Mommy and Wee Travel Trips, however due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are adjusting our policies for our 2023 & 2024 trips. If we are not able to travel due to restrictions that are mandated by the government, we will cancel our trip and reschedule it to fit the schedules of the company and for your safety. Otherwise, all of our normal cancellation and refund policies will apply:

Cancellation-Refund Policy

- Cancellation For Missed Payment- A trip will be cancelled after ONE payment that is missed .
-All Payments made to Mommy and Wee Travels can be cancelled or refunded within 2 days of registering for the group trip.
-After these 2 days have passed, all payments made to Mommy and Wee Travels will be nontransferable and nonrefundable per our travel supplier. 
-Travel Insurance that has been purchased for your trip will be needed to recoup travel funds.
-Refund window is 2 days(48 hours) after your initial trip registration date.
