If you’ve always dreamed of going to Ireland, join me! I’ve put together THE ULTIMATE trip! It’s going to be over the top AMAZING! Ireland is pure magic! In spring, it’s even more magical! It’s the best time of year to visit! There are no big crowds, the flowers are starting to bloom and Irish green is everywhere!

 
 
Join me next April 2026 for eight incredible days and nights in Ireland. This trip is going to be seriously special. It’s filled with loads of Irish fun! 7 days just wasn’t enough so I made sure we had 8 full days and nights in Ireland! We’ll fly out a couple days after on Tuesday April 21st, 2026.
 
 

My trips are different and a cut above the rest. They aren’t “cookie-cutter” trips. I plan every little detail to make my trips the very best! We always stay in wonderful hotels. On this trip, we’ll even be spending two nights in an 18th century castle! The Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate is one of the most beautiful and elegant 5 star hotels in Ireland! If you are a golfer you’ll have the opportunity to golf there! We’ll also enjoy a 4 course gourmet dinner at this breathtaking resort!

 
 
 

 

This trip to Ireland is not only going to be AMAZING, but I’ve worked really hard to make it a KILLER DEAL. All breakfasts, a welcome lunch, and a several dinners on this trip are included. Our castle stay will be over the top! We’ll see, do, and taste so much on this trip! We’ll hear some great live Irish music too! It really is going to be the trip of a lifetime. Join me!

  • Tuesday, April 21, 2026

    • Group departs USA - airfare arranged separately

  • Day 1 (Wednesday, April 22):

    • Arrive in Dublin and meet your group and your tour operator
    • Transfer to hotel
    • Check into your Dublin hotel
    • Traditional Irish Night with dinner and entertainment

  • Day 2 (Thursday, April 23):

    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Meet tour guide for transfers
    • Free time in Temple Bar are of Dublin for lunch and shopping
    • Admission to Guinness Storehouse with a self-guided tour
    • Admission to Saint Patrick's Cathedral
    • Walk through grounds of Trinity College 
    • Dublin Coastal Craft Beer and Seafood Trail  followed by dinner
    • Transfer back to your hotel
 
  • Day 3 (Friday, April 24):
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Departure to Kinsale
    • Admission to Rock of Cashel
    • Admission to Jameson Middleton Distillery
    • Dinner on your own
    • Check into your hotel in Kinsale - Cork, Ireland
 
  • Day 4 (Saturday, April 25):
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Transfer to Killarney
    • Admission to Blarney Castle
    • Admission to Blarney Woolen Mills with free time for shopping
    • Optional Jaunting Car Carriage Ride from Killarney Brewery through Killarney
    • Free time in Killarney
    • Dinner as a group
    • Check into your hotel in Killarney
    • Optional Activity: Celtic Steps Show in Killarney
 
  • Day 5 (Sunday, April 26):
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Ring of Kerry Driving Tour - one of Ireland's most popular drives along the coastline of the Iveragh Peninsula. 
    • Dinner on Own
 
  • Day 6 (Monday, April 27):
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Depart to Galway
    • Free time in Dingle Town for shopping and to explore
    • Ferry transfer and admission to Cliffs of Moher
    • Check into your beautiful Castle Hotel - Glenlo Abbey
    • Dinner at Glenlo Abbey restaurant
 
  • Day 7 (Tuesday, April 28)
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Free day in Galway - chance to do one of the planned optional activities or explore around Glenlo Abbey
    • Optional Activity: Cooking Class - Irish Scones and Homemade Bread
    • Optional Activity: An option for golf can be done on this day as well.
 
  • Day 8 (Wednesday, April 29)
    • Breakfast at hotel
    • Depart to Dublin
    • Stop in Athlone at Sean's Bar (the oldest bar in Ireland) and enjoy an Irish sandwich and drink
    • Check into Dublin hotel
    • Farewell dinner with drinks at a local pub
 
  • Day 9 (Thursday, April 30)
    • Transfer to Dublin airport to fly home

  • Luggage allowance on ground transportation is based on one standard sized suitcase and one small carry-on per personal. Additional luggage must be arranged in advance, fees may apply
  • Skip the line entry as listed in itinerary. queuing for security may still apply
  • Applicable taxes & fees in force at time of confirmation. Changes, including per person city taxes, coach permit fees, etc., taking effect after confirmation may result in a supplement added to your final prices. 
  • We can book your transfers from Munich airport to the hotel, but they will be an extra cost. You have the choice for us to book your transfers or take an Uber or Taxi.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of travel must be made in writing and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. Any trip deposit or payment is non-refundable.  Rose Travel and The Cooking Mom's Culinary Vacations incur costs with the suppliers of your trip well in advance of your departure date. At the effective date of cancellation all overdue payments will be required, any additional payments will not be required.  We highly recommend trip insurance and is available for purchase at booking.
