*Airfare must be submitted to Wishful Escapes by August 1, 2025. Failure to submit this information by the deadline date will forfeit your transportation transfer to and from the airport upon arrival and departure.

A valid US passport book is required for international travel. Please ensure your passport is valid beyond March 1, 2026.
How to Book

Choose the appropriate package based on the number of occupants in your room. For example, if two people will share the room, select the Double Occupancy package.

3. Enter Passenger Information
Fill in the traveler details and submit your deposit.

If two guests sharing a room need separate invoices, each can submit a separate reservation form and note the other person as their roommate. Roommates have 14 days to complete their forms. If forms are not completed within this period, the rate will default to Single Occupancy pricing.
Payment Policy
Due to contractural agreements, monthly payments are required. Any account that is two (2) months past due will be canceled. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please Wishful Escapes.
Change & Cancellation Policy
Please note, all payments, including deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If one person in a double occupancy room cancels, the remaining guest’s rate will be updated to a single occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is provided. The payments made by the cancelling party can not be transferred to the remaining guest or replacement. The replacement is subject to a name change fee.
A one-time name change is permitted at a fee of $100. All name changes must be requested prior to the final payment deadline.
No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip delays, lost or delayed baggage, and cancellations.

All guests are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.
Airfare
This package does not include airfare to Punta Cana (PUJ). Guests are responsible for securing their own flights. Airfare must be submitted to Wishful Escapes by August 1, 2025 to secure airport transfers. Failure to do so will forfeit your transfer. If you arrive or depart outside of the official trip dates (August 29 - September 1, 2025), you are responsible for arranging your own airport transfers.

By registering and paying for this trip, you are agreeing to Wishful Escapes Terms and Conditions.
- You CAN NOT attend any events, excursions, or celebration party if you are not booked with Wishful Escapes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All payments including your deposit is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Any account that is two (2) months past due will be canceled. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please email travel@wishfulescapes.com.
- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
