Payment due dates:
- $125 per person non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, no later than August 5, 2022
- $200 per person is due by September 30, 2022
- $200 per person is due by December 10, 2022
- All final payments are due on January 27, 2023
Additional Information:
- All room prices are per person.
- A valid passport is required.
- If you don't have your passport you must have your passport no later than December 5, 2022.
- If you book this vacation and don't have a passport, you will NOT receive a refund if your passport doesn't arrive in time for this trip.
- You can apply for a passport at your local post office or by visiting https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm if you are in Austin, TX you can apply for a passport at Travis County https://www.traviscountytx.gov/district-clerk/passport
- A valid ID or DL is required.
- All identification information must be up to date and not expired.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- You must have a valid email address for communication, please pay attention to your emails so you don't miss pertinent information about your trip.
- All communication will be sent out to your email address as well as it will be posted in the Facebook group that was created by Roy Bright. If you are not in the FB group let Roy know or you can email me so that we can get you added to the group. If you are not on FB you will receive the information via your email.
- Be sure when you submit your information online you add who you are rooming with.

- If you are booking your own flights, I need your flight itinerary 45 days before departure, if I don't have your flight itinerary 45 days before departure I can't guarantee your transfers. If you provide your flight information between 40 days and 1 week before departure you will be charged a $30 per person fee to have your transfers rebooked.
- Any room/booking cancellation done after December 10, 2022, will have a $400 per person penalty (this does not apply if you purchase one of the Group Protection Plans), this is a rule given by the hotel.
Itinerary:
- There will be a meet & Greet and photo session (Location and time TBA)
- Everyone can relax and do as they please on this vacation, Roy & Toni may later add a group excursion, we will keep you updated.
Cancellation policy:
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, if you purchase Vacation Protection and cancel for any reason you will receive a cash or credit refund less the amount of the Vacation Protection and less the amount of the deposit you paid to secure your vacation package.
