1. Q: Is airfare included in the package?
   A: International airfare to Thailand is not included. The airport code for Bangkok is BKK. Only domestic flights in Thailand is included.

2. Q: When do I need to provide my flight details?
   A: Provide flight details as soon as you purchase your tickets via email.

3. Q: What's the difference between Basic and Premium rooms?
   A: The basic rooms are the lowest category the hotel provides. The premium rooms are higher-level room. If available, the room could be ocean view or living rooms included.

4. Q: How do I book if I have a roommate?
   A: When booking your room, choose basic x2 or premium x2. Decided who would be the lead traveler to initiate the booking. Once the deposits are made, the invoice link will be shared with your roommate. The roommate will then have access to making payments on their own. Please note that the invoice will not be split as it will reflect the room total.

5. Q: What if I'm booking alone?
   A: If you're booking alone, choose basic x1 or premium x1.

6. Q: What happens if my roommate withdraws from the trip?
   A: If your roommate withdraws voluntarily or due to a breach of contract, you will be charged the single occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is found.

7. Q: Are excursions included?
   A: Excursions are included in your cost. It also includes round-trip transportation.

8. Q: Can I change opt out of an excursion?
   A: Yes, after choosing your room type, you will have the option to choose excursions. If you decide to opt out of any excursions, your total cost will reflect your choice.

9. Q: Is travel insurance required?
   A: While not required, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. You are responsible for purchasing your insurance policy through this booking or separately. 

10. Q: What are the passport requirements?
    A: To participate in this trip, you must have a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of the return date.

11. Q: Is this trip refundable?
    A: This trip is non-refundable for any reason unless we cancel. A $150 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

12. Q: When is the final payment due?
    A: The final payment is due on March 17, 2026. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

13. Q: What if I can't travel the 10 days?

    A: Contact your travel advisor if you want to extend or shorten your trip. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly. 

14. Q: What day do I need to arrive in Bangkok?

    A: Saturday May 2nd. May 1st is a travel day for most. Make sure you land on May 2nd in Bangkok.
