Payments & Reservations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on this trip.  Your reservation is not confirmed until both your deposit and required traveler information have been received. 

All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make payments by the stated due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of payments made, and release of your space to another traveler if applicable. 

Full payment must be received by the final payment deadline, December 8, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, medical issues, scheduling conflicts, or failure to obtain proper travel documentation.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the only means of recovering eligible non-refundable travel expenses if you must cancel for a covered reason. Travelers must either purchase travel insurance or complete a Travel Insurance Declination acknowledging that they understand the financial risks of traveling without coverage.

Renee’s Premier Travel and Girlfriends on the go is not responsible for any losses incurred without travel insurance.

Travel Documents

A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to Mexico. Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay in Mexico. While Mexico does not require six months of passport validity beyond your travel dates, renewing your passport well in advance of expiration is recommended to avoid any unforeseen travel issues or airline-specific requirements. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the required travel documents before departure.

Room Occupancy

Pricing is based on the selected occupancy at the time of booking.

If a traveler’s roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for the difference in cost or must upgrade to single occupancy.

Price & Supplier Changes 

 Travel pricing and inclusions are subject to supplier availability and may change until your reservation is confirmed. Renee's Premier Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing, itineraries, accommodations, or included services when required by suppliers or unforeseen circumstances. 

Conduct & Behavior

This trip is designed to be a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Renee’s Premier Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Hosted Group Experience

Group trips are designed to create a fun, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants. While participation in some hosted activities is optional, travelers are expected to treat fellow guests, hosts, and suppliers with courtesy and respect. Renee's Premier Travel reserves the right to modify hosted activities or assign an alternate host if operational circumstances require.

Liability

Renee’s Premier Travel acts only as an agent for suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms and Conditions, the complete Renee's Premier Travel Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the Travel Insurance Acknowledgment or Declination. These documents collectively govern your reservation and form part of your travel agreement.
