TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for Gateway to Ghana and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You may also be required to electronically sign this agreement through the booking portal.

Trip Operator and Host. Gateway to Ghana is operated by Bizness First, LLC d/b/a NaTasha Morgan Global. For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Bizness First, LLC d/b/a NaTasha Morgan Global will be referred to as the “Host.”

Payments, invoices, receipts, and other transaction records related to Gateway to Ghana may reflect the legal business name Bizness First, LLC or it's legal trade name NaTasha Morgan Global

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting a credit card, debit card, or bank account for payment, you certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and authorize the Host and/or its authorized payment processor to charge the amount shown on your invoice according to the payment schedule associated with your reservation.

You agree to contact the Host promptly regarding any billing concern so that we have an opportunity to review and address the matter. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights provided under applicable law.

2. Reservation & Registration Requirements

Reservations must be made using your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport. A valid passport is required for international travel.

Any fees resulting from incorrect traveler information, name corrections, or document changes are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

Each traveler is solely responsible for verifying and satisfying all passport, visa, immigration, vaccination, health, customs, and entry requirements in effect at the time of travel. Currently, passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended departure date from Ghana and have at least one blank visa page.

the Host will make reasonable efforts to share relevant travel information with registered guests but is not responsible for a traveler's failure to obtain required documentation or comply with government entry requirements.

Being denied boarding or entry because of missing, expired, incomplete, or incorrect documentation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Payments & Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be made by the due dates reflected on your invoice. It is the traveler's responsibility to monitor their account and ensure that payments are completed on time.

Travelers may access the client portal to review invoices, payment history, forms, and trip information.

A $50 late fee may be assessed when a scheduled payment remains unpaid more than seven calendar days after its due date.

Requests for extensions or modified payment arrangements must be submitted before the payment due date and are subject to approval. Approval of one payment extension does not automatically modify future payment dates.

Reservations with significantly delinquent balances may be canceled. If a reservation is canceled because of nonpayment, the applicable cancellation terms will apply.

5. Double Occupancy & Roommates

Double occupancy requires two paying travelers sharing a room. Each traveler is responsible for their own reservation and payments. If your roommate cancels or cannot travel, you may need to find a replacement or pay the single occupancy difference and applicable fees to keep the room. We do not provide or guarantee roommate matching, and your roommate’s cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Itinerary & Supplier Changes

The published itinerary represents the experiences currently planned for Gateway to Ghana. Because international travel involves multiple hotels, venues, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, speakers, professionals, developers, governmental representatives, and other third-party suppliers, specific activities are subject to change.

the Host reserves the right to alter the order of activities or substitute hotels, tours, restaurants, properties, speakers, venues, transportation providers, or experiences when reasonably necessary because of weather, availability, safety considerations, supplier changes, governmental schedules, local conditions, transportation delays, operational needs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When practical, substitutions will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and purpose of the experience.

The inability of a particular speaker, official, professional, developer, property representative, or other invited guest to participate does not constitute cancellation of the overall trip.

7. Real Estate Experiences

These experiences are for education, information, and networking. Speakers, properties, and developments may change. Participation is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice; an endorsement; or a guarantee of financing, a purchase opportunity, or investment performance. Conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before entering any transaction. No purchase or investment is required.

8. Cancellation, Refunds & Reservation Transfers

Non-Refundable Deposit.

A $400 non-refundable deposit applies to every reservation, whether you choose a payment plan or pay the full trip amount at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your space and may be applied toward administrative expenses and non-refundable commitments made to hotels, transportation providers, venues, tour operators, and other suppliers. For guests who pay in full at the time of booking, $400 of the total amount paid will automatically be designated as the non-refundable deposit.

Seven-Day Cancellation Window. Payments made beyond the initial $400 deposit are refundable in full if the Host receives your written cancellation request within seven (7) calendar days of your initial booking date and before April 20, 2027, whichever comes first. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be received. The $400 initial deposit remains non-refundable.

Bookings Made On or After April 20, 2027. Any reservation first booked on or after April 20, 2027 is entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.

After the Seven-Day Window. Once the seven-day cancellation window closes, all amounts paid are non-refundable. A traveler who can no longer attend may request a transfer of the reservation to an eligible replacement traveler through April 20, 2027, subject to the requirements below. If no approved transfer is completed, no refund will be issued.

Transfers and Name Changes. You are responsible for finding your own replacement traveler. The Host does not provide or match replacements. All transfer and name-change requests must be submitted and completed by April 20, 2027. No refunds, transfers, or name changes are available after that date for a traveler who cancels or cannot attend.

A transfer is subject to approval by the Host and any applicable suppliers and is not complete until the Host confirms the transfer in writing. If approved:

  • A $50 administrative transfer fee applies, along with any vendor, hotel, supplier, fare-difference, or name-change fees.
  • The replacement traveler must accept these Terms & Conditions and satisfy all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements.
  • The replacement traveler assumes the reservation, including its existing payment history, and must pay any remaining trip balance and applicable transfer-related fees by the required deadline.

Payments already credited to the reservation remain with the reservation and transfer with it. The original traveler and replacement traveler are solely responsible for arranging any reimbursement or other exchange of money between themselves. The Host is not a party to, and will not mediate, any private payment arrangement or dispute between the travelers.

Written Notice. Email all cancellation and transfer requests to info@natashamorganglobal.com. A cancellation or transfer request takes effect on the date the Host receives your email; however, a transfer is not complete until confirmed in writing by the Host. Verbal requests, texts, social media messages, and notice given only to another traveler are not official notice. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against covered reasons for cancellation.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. International travel involves financial commitments that may become non-refundable well before departure.

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical emergencies and emergency evacuation
  • Travel delays
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Illness or injury
  • Other unforeseen events that may be covered by the policy selected

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, exclusions, limitations, and coverage offered by any insurance provider. the Host does not determine whether an individual claim will be covered by an insurer. Travelers may purchase coverage from the provider of their choice.

10. Health, Vaccination & Government Requirements

Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, testing, documentation, and governmental requirements applicable to their destination and travel itinerary at the time of travel.

Requirements may change without notice. A new or modified vaccination, testing, health, immigration, or governmental requirement does not automatically create a right to cancel without penalty.

Travelers should obtain appropriate travel insurance if they wish to protect themselves against covered circumstances that may prevent them from traveling.

11. Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond reasonable control may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, public-health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labor disputes, governmental actions or restrictions, border closures, visa or immigration changes, utility or infrastructure failures, transportation disruptions, airline or carrier actions, supplier failures, or other events outside the reasonable control of the Host.

Neither the Host nor its representatives shall be responsible for delay, modification, interruption, cancellation, or inability to perform services caused by such.

If a force majeure event materially affects the trip, the Host may, where reasonably possible, modify the itinerary, substitute comparable services, postpone or reschedule the experience, provide applicable future travel credit, or pass through any refunds actually recovered from suppliers.

The Host shall not be required to refund amounts that have already been paid or committed to third-party suppliers and are not recoverable. Any refund, credit, rescheduling option, or alternative arrangement will be communicated subject to applicable law.

12. Third-Party Suppliers

Hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, restaurants, airlines, event venues, developers, speakers, and other service providers involved in the trip are independent third parties.

Each supplier may maintain its own terms, conditions, schedules, restrictions, and cancellation policies.

Travelers agree that reasonable changes made by independent suppliers may require corresponding changes to the itinerary.

13. Airfare & Ground Transfers

International airfare is not included.

Travelers are responsible for purchasing and arranging flights that correspond with the designated arrival and departure schedule. the Host is not responsible for missed flights, airline cancellations, schedule changes, delays, baggage issues, denied boarding, or additional costs resulting from airline operations.

If a traveler arrives or departs outside the designated group transfer period, private transportation may be required at the traveler's expense.

14. Physical Requirements & Personal Health

Some activities may involve walking, stairs, uneven terrain, heat, extended travel by vehicle, or other physical activity. Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in scheduled experiences.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance or accommodations should contact the Host prior to booking so that available options can be discussed. We cannot guarantee that every venue, historical site, property development, or transportation provider in Ghana will provide the same accessibility accommodations available in the United States.

15. Personal Property

Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their passports, cash, electronics, jewelry, luggage, and other personal property. the Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings except to the extent required by applicable law.

16. Photography & Media Consent

Photos and recordings may be made during group activities. By registering, you permit the Host and their media partners to use trip media that includes your image, likeness, or voice for lawful trip recaps and business promotion, including websites and social media, without further approval or compensation. Media will not be intentionally used in a defamatory or materially misleading way.

If you have an identifiable media privacy or safety concern, notify us in writing before departure. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it during planned group photography, but cannot control incidental recording by other guests or third parties.

17. Changes Requested by the Traveler

Any voluntary traveler-requested changes after booking are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. Changes may include room type changes, roommate changes, name corrections, upgrades, additional nights, transfer changes, or other customized arrangements.
