Payment Schedule:

Cabins will not be assigned until the full deposit for the room is paid ($500 based on double occupancy).

The full deposit is $250 per person.

1st deposit payment of $25 per person holds your space, due by April 19, 2025.

2nd deposit payment of $250 per person is the full deposit, due by September 30, 2025 (payments may be made anytime).

Balance is due by May 1, 2026.

The initial $25 deposit does NOT generate a booking number and is NON-REFUNDABLE; it simply reserves your spot within our allocated group space. 👉🏽 A booking number will be issued only after a total of $250 has been paid by each traveler in the room.

A passport is not required but highly recommended. If you do not possess a passport, you must have your birth certificate and Real ID.
NOTE: Triple and quad cabins are available upon request and must be booked with a $250 per person deposit.

4. In the event TRAVEL PROTECTION is NOT purchased and you cancel within the specified time frame. ALL monies paid will be refunded per Carnival Cruise Line Cancellation Policy minus the initial DEPOSIT, WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be asked to sign a accept or decline insurance form
6. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation.
