Deposit: $100pp - $400pp (non-refundable/non-transferable) deposit due NOW to reserve and save.
Payments:
We have (2) payment options:
- Option 1: Pay for trip in FULL at time of booking
- Option 2: Make installment payments
If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due each month as listed on your invoice, starting with the Initial Deposit Payment, which is due at the time of booking. You may also elect to finance your trip through Flexpay, please contact me for this option.
This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made ON TIME, as the cruise line is expecting all funds by a certain date. If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment within 30 days, your room COULD be canceled due to non-payment.
*Final payment is due by 8/16/2026 or your room will be canceled.
Each traveler is responsible for communicating all information about this cruise to/with their traveling companion.
Filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, signifies that you have read and agree to the above deposits/payment terms.

- Day 2-3 Sun/Mon (Fun Day at Sea): Explore all the ship has to offer
- Day 4 Tues (Aruba): Explore the beautiful island of Aruba (8:00am - 10:00pm)
- Day 5 Wed (Bonaire): Explore the amazing island of Bonaire (8:00am - 10:00pm)
- Day 6 Thurs (Curacao): Enjoy the wonderful island of Curacao (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Day 7-8 Fri/Sat (Fun Day at Sea): Enjoy your last day on this amazing ship
- Day 9 Sun (Miami): Disembark the vessel beginning @ 8:00am

A deposit: confirms agreement of the following terms: I understand all payments to M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC (also known as "M&M Travel & Excursions") are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent with the group. M&M Travel & Excursions reserves the right to change tours days or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments: All payments to M&M Travel & Excursions are non-refundable and non-transferable. In an effort to negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.
Travel Insurance: It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance is to cover your vacation investment against any unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. If you choose not to add travel insurance, your entire trip investment may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and M&M Travel & Excursions - Sweeet Getaways LLC accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
Monthly payments: Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan and as a courtesy you will receive monthly electronic reminders.
Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer complaint with our payment policy.
Changes: Flight, Hotels and Transfers - M&M Travel & Excursions will make every effort to operate all tours as printed on the itinerary, digital brochures, and flyers. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.
Airline: Please note flight changes are at the discretion of the airline, therefore M&M Travel & Excursions reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our client(s). Seat assignments are at the discretion of airlines. All seats for groups are located in economy class unless otherwise requested.
Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted; name corrections will carry a fee of $50.00 and this information must be received in writing 30-days prior to departure or as specified by the airline.
Late Payment(s): Late Payments and Fees - at M&M Travel & Excursions, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued customers.
- Late Payments: Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late.
- Late Fees: To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $50 will be charged for each week the payment remains overdue. The late fee will be added to the outstanding amount until the full payment is received.
- Communication: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties.
- Disputes: If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly.
- Continued Services: Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of services with M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC (until the disruptions have been resolved).
Ground Transfers: Please note that all transfers and excursions will have specific times of departures, we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be responsible for your own transportation cost if you miss a scheduled transfer or pickup.
Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.
Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of a room accommodations, flights and/or tours, please advise in advance.
