Fashion for Futures – Cancellation Policy

Enrollment in a Fashion for Futures program secures a limited place within a curated group experience.

Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm participation. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline (e.g. July 15 for September programs). Failure to complete payment may result in loss of the participant’s place.

Cancellations
If a participant cancels:

• The deposit remains non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued after final payment has been made

Program Changes
Fashion for Futures reserves the right to make adjustments to programming, including schedules, speakers, and site visits, where necessary.

Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Program Structure
Fashion for Futures provides educational experiences in collaboration with industry professionals and third-party partners. Program elements may be subject to change.

Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled activities

• Behave professionally and respectfully

• Follow all program guidelines

Failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund.

Travel & Third Parties
Fashion for Futures is not responsible for:

• Flights or travel disruptions

• Delays or cancellations by third-party providers

• Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel

Payments
All payments must be made according to the stated schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Media Release
Participants may be photographed or filmed during the program for promotional purposes.
