We are honored to have Jacqueline "Jackie" Glass sailing with us this year. A dynamic transformational leader and wellness advocate, Jackie is passionate about empowering women to take charge of their lives and their total well-being. She is the Founder of At the Well Conference, Inc. and Co-Producer of the impactful documentary, Sistahs Getting Well. She will be sharing the film with us, and a "talk back".

 Travel Notes

Travel Documents for U.S. Citizens

We strongly suggest that you travel on a passport valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel.  Click here for information to obtain your U.S. Passport. 

Another option is using a Real ID  driver’s license or a valid Government-issued photo ID, and a certified birth certificate. 

United States Permanent Residents must have a United States Permanent Resident Card. Additionally, a passport from your home country is strongly recommended. Click here for additional information.

Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and is the responsibility of the guest.  Please verify that you have the proper travel documentation BEFORE making your reservation.  Reservations should be made in your full name as they appear on your travel documents.

No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.

Travel Insurance/Travel Protection

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.  In case you have to cancel, a full refund may not be available without travel insurance. We recommend that you research and choose a policy carefully that meets your specific needs.  

Consider selecting a plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and more, based on your specific needs.  

Many travel insurance plans offer medical coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred while traveling. Also, be aware of the plan’s covered and non-covered reasons for cancellation.  

 Note, if you are flying, consider including the cost of your flight along with the cruise package when purchasing your travel insurance.  The MSC travel protection will cover the cruise fare. The cost of MSC travel protection is determined based on two factors: cruise fare and age.  If you are interested in learning more about MSC travel protection, click here for general information. I will be sending an email to allow you to add this plan to your booking. 

Contact the Customer Service department of the plan you are researching for clarity if you have questions. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy that best meets your needs. You can select the plan of your choosing.

On MSC World America, your stateroom is your home base away from home.  When the busy day is done, and you have danced the night away, and you are ready to settle in for the evening, you'll head back to your luxurious stateroom.  Your options of staterooms are Deluxe Interior, Infinite Oceanview, Oceanview Balcony, Deluxe Balcony with Promenade View, Deluxe Balcony, and  Jr. Suites.  The  Jr. Suites are available on request.
 
All staterooms have a dedicated room Steward on duty, available to provide complimentary room service.  In addition, each room has a private bathroom, soft cozy linens, plenty of closet and drawer space, a television, an in-room safe for valuables, and bathrobes upon request.

Pre-Cruise stay

If you will be flying into Miami (MIA), it is recommended that you arrive the day before embarkation (Friday, August 20, 2027).  This will ensure that you avoid any concerns related to delayed or canceled flights. We're currently in the process of negotiating a group rate for a one-night stay at a Hilton property in Miami. We'll also arrange transfers from the airport to the hotel. And transfer from the hotel to the port.

Our meet & mingle will be on Friday, August 20th, at the hotel.  We are asking everyone to arrive at the hotel no later than 5:00 pm on Friday.

The initial deposit is due at the time of booking. Register NOW for the best selection of available staterooms. Registration will close by January 15, 2027, or sooner if sold out.

Deposits are non-refundable.  When making your reservation, you can pay in full or choose our convenient payment plan. If you choose a monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payments are due. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current and should be made by the 15th of each month. 

You will have the opportunity to opt in to our automatic payment program, which is free of charge. Payments are automatically processed and evenly divided, so you won’t have to worry about forgetting to make your payment. You will also receive an email reminder before payments are processed.

The final payment is due on April 15th, 2027.
