Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to Tysonstravel@yahoo.com and include the Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and the start date of the scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 240.224.9312 to ensure your information was received.
