With 6,500 square feet of gathering space, we can easily host up to 200 people.

Important Notes:

Please be sure that you have fully read these Terms & Conditions.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy.
• A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.  The expiration date MUST be valid 6 months from your return date to the United States of America.   It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel documents are valid. 
• If you have a roommate, both you and your roommate are required to pay the deposit on the same day or within 24 hours. Failure to comply with this provision will result in cancellation of your reservation. 
• A courtesy payment reminder will be sent at the beginning of each month.  Keep in mind that you do not have to wait until 15th to make your payment. You are welcome to make additional payments at any time.  If you wish to use a different card or change your payment date, you must provide your new card information and notification three (3) days before the due date. 
• The final due date is August 31, 2023. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.    Please email info@gallivantworld.com regarding any unforeseen circumstances prior to the final payment date. 
• Registration must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted. Any requested name changes/corrections will incur a $30 change fee.
• If your reservation is a double occupancy reservation, and your roommate withdraws from the trip, the remaining traveler will be charged the single occupancy rate unless withdrawing roommate is replaced by another traveler.
• Any notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to: info@gallivantworld.com. Upon receipt of notification, an email will be sent with instructions on how to pay the MANDATORY cancellation fee.
