ACCOMMODATIONS: Select from an Interior, Oceanview,  or Balcony Staterooms (the # of beds will be assigned based on the number of people in the cabin).

==> Ocean View Stateroom: Ocean View Staterooms gives you views of scenery you won’t find anywhere on land. It features a large picture window, two twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed.
 
==> Interior - Interior Staterooms have two twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed, ample closet and storage space, a private bathroom with shower, and a living area with vanity and seating. PAYMENT PLAN:
 
Deposit: Only $50 per person due at booking (nonrefundable) 
 
1st Payment: $100 per person by June 24, 2025 (If traveling at single occupancy $100 would be due)
 
2nd Payment: $125 per person by September 24, 2025.
 
Additional payments can be made at any time. 
 
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by March 10, 2026
 
NOTE 1: If you opt to book under a different rate code such as your VIFP rate your payment schedule may be different. We will reach out to everyone who has VIFP deals after your spot is secured to see which rate works best for you 🤗
 
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
  1. Travel insurance is not included as it is optional but encouraged in the event you would have to cancel and can be added for a low cost. Click the "BOOK NOW" button for rates based on your stateroom selection.
  2. Transportation to Miami Cruise port is not included but shuttle service can be arranged. Flights can also be added to your payment plan if you would like to fly to Miami, Fl. An additional deposit would be due to secure your flights at the time of booking. More details will be provided soon...

Your initial deposit amount does NOT generate a booking number it simply books you into our allocated “group space”.
👉🏽You will not receive a booking number until after the 2nd payment is paid by every traveler occupying the stateroom (a total of $250 per person).

Travel Insurance

Life can happen and unforeseen events may cause you to cancel your vacation prior to departure. Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can purchase travel protection for an additional cost. Please email krvtravel757@gmail.com for a quote.
 
 
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for cruise is as follows:
  • Payments made towards the trip package are subject to the terms & conditions outlined by the travel supplier. Please read the Terms & Conditions policies in its entirety before submitting payment.
  • Requests to change or cancel your reservation should be made in writing to King Royal Vacations via e-mail at krvtravel757@gmail.com including your full name and date of travel. Your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days. Cancellation charges apply to the day the request is processed.
 
Cruise Terms & Conditions:
 
  1. Your initial  deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  2. ALL rates are based on double occupancy. In the event, your roommate chooses to cancel you will be responsible for 200% of the cruise fare unless you find a replacement traveler.
  3. Monthly payments are expected to keep your reservation in good standing.
  4. In the event, TRAVEL PROTECTION is NOT purchased and you cancel within the specified time frame any monies due to you will be refunded per Carnival Cruise Line Cancellation Policy minus any penalties and the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
  5. Travelers 21 & Under MUST be accompanied by someone 25 and older.
  6. Guests are required to be 21 years of age (on embarkation day) to travel on their own. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation.
  7. Transportation to or from the cruise port is not included but can be arranged. 

Travel Documentation: Carnival Cruises strongly recommends all guests travel with a valid passport. However, as of June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens embarking on a cruise that both originates and terminates at the same U.S. port are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. If you are married and have taken the last name of your spouse  your marriage certificate will be needed as well  to show proof of your name change. Guest without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Carnival Cruise assumes no responsibility for advising guests of proper travel documentation. Once again ALL guests need proper proof of citizenship in order to travel and failure to present a valid document at check in will result in denied boarding and no refund will be issued.

Disclaimer of Liability for Cruise: WHEREAS, KRV Travel757 is a fully-appointed full service Travel Agency who is authorized to engage in the general business of arranging, planning, reserving and handling Carnival Cruises and other ancillary services. KRV Travel757 shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with terrorist activities, social or social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents or health related problems before or while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of Carnival Cruise Lines control. If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued KRV Travel757. There will be no refunds for cancellations made 90 days or less before departure, including cancellations due to actual or threatened terrorist events. It is the travelers responsibility to protect their purchase and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.

Cancellation policy:  Provided by the Supplier and all refunds due will be processed with their approval.
