Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the travel advisor. The supplier’s reservation system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest’s reservation is canceled. Percentage penalty charged applies to total cruise fare, taxes and fees.
Cancellations may be made before the final payment date of May 15, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST, and passengers will be entitled to a full refund with the exception of suite cabins. Any cancellations booked at the specified group rates, that is, rates offered on this website, made after May 15, 2024 will be subject to the following penalties and schedule:
A: Not necessarily. Carnival strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport. If a guest either misses the ship at its scheduled U.S. departure port and needs to travel outside the U.S. to meet the ship, or unexpectedly needs to depart the ship from a foreign port prior to the end of the cruise, a passport would be required to leave or re-enter the U.S. by air.
A: Please note that with the exception of Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol onboard our ships. If you purchase any alcohol at one of our ports-of-call or in our onboard shops, we will safely store your purchase(s), and either on the final night of the cruise or the morning of debarkation, it will be available for pick up in a designated area. On boarding day, guests may bring onboard two (2) 750 ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per stateroom in their carry-on luggage.
A: Carnival has multiple protocols designed to keep cruisers safe. Notably, effective August 15, 2022, all cruisers are no longer required to have negative COVID-19 antigen tests in order to be permitted to board.
