Itinerary**:

  • April 9th or 10th, Day 1 (Departure from airport of choice): The journey begins in your home airport. Your travel concierge can arrange your flights for a seamless arrival to Bangkok on April 11th.
 
  • April 11th, Day 2 (Arrival to Bangkok): Upon arrival in Bangkok, our private airport transportation will gather the group and depart for your luxiorous hotel stay. After a late check-in, guests can spend the night resting or enjoying the MOJJO Rooftop Lounge & Bar or Vanilla Sky Bar.
 
  • April 12th, Day 3 (Self Care Day): Ladies, indulge in pampering at Nuch Massage & Salon, Lek Massage Bangkok, Artisan Nails, STORY. nails & eyelashes studio, or make yourself an appointment with @locit.hairstyle to get your hair braided.   • April 15th, Day 6 (Bangkok to Pattaya): We will take a scenic drive to Pattaya. Our first stop is the magnificent Sanctuary of Truth, a stunning wooden structure with intricate carvings depicting philosophical and religious themes. After exploring this cultural gem, we head to one of Pattaya's famous beach clubs. Here, you can relax on the sandy beaches, swim in the clear waters, and enjoy the luxurious amenities. Indulge in delicious cuisine and refreshing cocktails while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. 
 
  • April 16th, Day 7 (Depart for Phuket or Head Home): Travelers will have the option to either continue the adventure by flying to Phuket or end their vacation and head home. For those heading to Phuket, after arrival, enjoy lunch at Ma Doo Bua, famous for its giant water lilies. Then, we'll check in at The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, where you can relax by one of the three outdoor pools, treat yourself at the Heavenly Spa by Westin™, or explore the lively culture of Phuket Town.

  • April 17th, Day 8 (Phi Phi Island Tour): Prepare for an exhilarating Phi Phi Island Tour! Swim over coral reefs, enjoy lunch at Phi Phi Leh, snorkel at Bamboo Island, and visit Monkey Beach and Maya Bay. 
 
  • April 18th, Day 9 (Yona Beach Club): Located on the picturesque shores of Phuket, Yona Beach Club is truly a one-of-a-kind floating beach club. Cancellation policy:

The deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. Some booking arrangements can require a higher deposit and earlier final payment. Any such amounts will be advised at the time of booking.
 
Cancellations received before the final payment due date will incur a loss of the non-refundable deposit, plus any fees subject to the specific items booked. Please note that airfares are assessed separately and are subject to airline fare rules, and may be non-refundable.  No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after the vacation commencement date.
 
Please note that changes made to the overall party size, date, or location may result in a change to the rate. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance, we have partnered with Faye to offer travel insurance protection.

Can I Book With a Third Party?
  • No. To ensure the best rates, all guests traveling are required to complete their reservation with the group's travel agent.
 
Can I Enroll in a Payment Plan?
  • Yes! You can make multiple payments as long as your balance is paid in full by February 15, 2025. You can use your invoice payment link at any time to make additional payments.
 
When is the deadline to book?
  • We will sell out!!! To make sure you don’t miss out on this incredible experience, we highly recommend paying your deposit by September 15th. The Songkran Festival in Thailand is a major event, and accommodations are already filling up fast. While we’ll keep registration open as long as rooms are available, securing your spot early will help you avoid any disappointment.
 
What if the rooms sell out?
  • We will make every effort to accommodate all guests, which may include arranging accommodation at an overflow hotel in Bangkok.
 
Do I Need a Passport?
  • To enter Thailand, you must have a U.S. passport valid for the duration of your stay;
  • U.S. citizen tourists entering Thailand for fewer than 30 days do not require a visa.
  • Your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Thailand to avoid possible denied entry.
  • Thai immigration officials or airline staff may ask for your onward/return ticket. cover your accommodations and food expenses during your stay.
 
Can I Request Pricing for both the main cabin and 1st class?
  • Yes, we can provide pricing for any flight class to best suit your vacation style. However, please note that 1st class tickets can cost well over an additional $3,000 per person.
 
Which airport will the Johnsons fly out of?
  • We are pleased to accommodate travelers from all over the United States, and you can select your preferred departure airport. However, for additional savings, we recommend considering flights from LAX or JFK, as they often offer the best roundtrip pricing.
 
Is travel insurance necessary? 
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and provide peace of mind. It covers unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable, so having travel insurance can help safeguard against potential losses.
 
Are international flights included in the pricing that I am seeing?
  • The package pricing provided excludes international flights. However, you have the option to add flights to your itinerary. If you choose to include flights, we will provide a new quote within 72 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve the updated itinerary. By adding flights, you can bundle and save! It is highly recommended. 
 
Can I make changes to my itinerary after booking?
