By signing below, I authorize The Lux Concierge to charge the credit card provided herein.
I understand that if I choose to include flights in my package, I will receive an updated quote within 72 hours. My credit card will not be charged until I approve the new itinerary with flights included.
Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Authorization:
By making a payment, I authorize The Lux Concierge to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on the invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card or bank account and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company or bank, as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
2. Non-Refundable Payments:
I understand that all payments made to The Lux Concierge are non-refundable. This policy applies to all deposits, partial payments, and full payments. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, inability to travel, or dissatisfaction with the travel experience.
3. Cancellation Policy:
If the trip is canceled 31 days or more prior to the check-in date, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of The Lux Concierge, minus any non-refundable deposits, service fees, or costs already incurred. If the trip is canceled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Trip Modifications:
Any requests to modify the trip, including changes to travel dates, accommodations, or activities, must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications, and The Lux Concierge cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated.
5. Travel Insurance:
The Lux Concierge strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
6. Responsibility and Liability:
The Lux Concierge acts solely as an agent for the suppliers of travel services and accommodations. The Lux Concierge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property in connection with the service provided by these suppliers.
7. Acceptance of Terms:
By making a payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and that I am responsible for all payments and obligations set forth in this document.
