Airfare Assistance

Airfare is not included in the resort package.

After your resort reservation is confirmed, Beyond Travel can research flight options for your review. A separate $500 per-couple airfare deposit is collected only after you approve your selected flights.

Shared airport transfers are included on the designated group dates. Travelers arriving or departing outside those dates may need separate transportation at their own expense.

06 · Cancellation Policy

Protect Your Travel Investment

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except where purchased travel protection allows.

Travel protection is strongly recommended. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and reimbursement decisions are determined by the travel protection provider according to the policy purchased.

Failure to make payments by the stated due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

08 · Important Travel Information

The details before you travel.

Flight Schedules

Flight times are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Travelers are responsible for confirming flight times directly with the airline. Nonstop and single-plane service are not guaranteed.

International flights are subject to the respective foreign governments granting landing rights. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights, the flight may be canceled and eligible funds will be returned in accordance with the carrier or supplier’s terms. The air carrier and Beyond Travel reserve the right to substitute aircraft or airlines when necessary.

Independently Booked Flights

Travelers who book their own flights assume responsibility for those reservations, including all connections.

If a flight change requires you to change a connecting flight, transportation arrangement, or hotel reservation, all related costs remain the traveler’s responsibility. Vacation Express and Beyond Travel cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees caused by a missed connection or independently arranged flight.

Additional Expenses

Beyond Travel does not accept responsibility for lost wages, missed vacation time, missed events, additional accommodations, transportation, meals, or other expenses caused by changes in flight schedules or travel arrangements.

Passport Requirements

Passengers traveling outside the United States are required to carry valid proof of citizenship. All United States citizens must travel with a valid United States passport.

Passport cards are not valid for international air travel to Mexico or the Caribbean. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your scheduled return date.
