Day 1 - March 26 (Tokyo):

  • Day of Arrival (Note that time zone difference requires flight departing on March 25) 

  • Make your own way to your hotel. 
  • Welcome Dinner
  • Overnight at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel.
 
Day 2 - March 27 (Tokyo):
  • Breakfast at hotel. 
  • Private Group Tokyo Tour with local guide

  • Overnight at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel.
 
Day 3 - March 28 (Tokyo):

Day 6 - March 31 (Osaka):

Day 10 - April 4 (Tokyo):
  • Day of Departure.
  • After breakfast check out of hotel
  • Make your own way to the airport.
 
 
Important Information:
  • For US Citizens / US passport holders:
    • A passport valid for a minimum of SIX months beyond the date of departure and at least TWO blank visa pages are required. You are required to ensure that your passport is in order. Link to US Passport Office.
    • NO visa is required to enter Japan for stays of less than 90 days.
    • Link to the US State Department Travel Advisory Site for Japan. Please review all of the information, requirements and recommendations.

    • Link to US STEP program to enroll your international travel with the US State Department.
  • Covid: There are currently no Covid-19 testing, vaccine, or mask requirements.
  • Travel Insurance: SelfishMe Travel highly recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Without Travel Protection, all hospital and medical expenses are the Customer's/Traveler's responsibility and Customers/Travelers will not receive any refund (total or partial) for money paid.
  • Flights: Make sure your flights are scheduled to arrive in Tokyo on March 26 and depart from Tokyo on April 4. 
 

General Booking Conditions

 

Double-occupancy: $4,519.27 per person
Single-occupancy: $5,301.21 per person
 
Deposit: A $500.00 USD Deposit per person is required and is non-refundable.
 
NOTE: BASED ON HIGH SEASON DEMAND, WE EXPECT AVAILABILITY TO DECREASE AND PRICES TO INCREASE VERY SOON.
 
SelfishMe Travel Requirements: You will receive a Welcome email after deposit that will require you to complete a full client profile form and attach a screenshot of your passport page. In addition, you will be required to sign/acknowledge: a Terms & Conditions form and an insurance waiver form.
 
Regular payment schedule: You will receive monthly invoices from SelfishMe Travel and your credit/debit card will be charged by Apotopii Enterprises LLC (D/B/A Calvin Hearns Photography).
 
Final payment: Final payment of the Japan package is due no later than December 20, 2024 which is 100 Days prior to your arrival in Japan.
 
Tour Changes: Changes to your confirmed booking up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $25.00 USD per person change fee, PLUS potential supplier fees, PLUS any costs for replacement services. You will need to notify SelfishMe Travel by email at INFO@selfishmetravel.com. Changes after the Final Payment Date will be considered a cancellation.
 
Roommates: If you and your roommate are making separate deposits and/or payments, both of you should register separately and select "1 traveler" and make the required deposit for 1 person/single-occupancy. Then both of you must reply to the Welcome email from SelfishMe Travel and let Danielle know the name of your roommate. Your separate packages will then be merged and the prices will be adjusted to reflect double-occupancy.
 

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy penalties: If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed booking, you will need to notify SelfishMe Travel by email at INFO@selfishmetravel.com. Your credit card will be refunded with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy below:

  • Up to July 20, 2024 - Loss of Non-refundable Deposit
  • From July 21, 2024 to December 19, 2024 – Loss of 50% of Payments plus the Non-refundable Deposit
  • Final Payment Date: December 20, 2024 or later – Loss of 100% of Total Payments
