Booking Process Summary – Destinations with Dio / Dionna Dorsey

Submit ONE form per vacation! Choose 1 passenger no matter how many guests are traveling. You will provide the total number of travelers after the planning fee below is paid.

1. Trip Inquiry Form

• Select your travel dates, budget, and key trip details.
• You may also name a specific resort if you already have one in mind.
• Based on your preferences and budget, I will carefully research and recommend resort options that best align with your trip.
• Each destination researched includes up to 3 curated resort options unless otherwise specified.
• Clients are encouraged to research suggested resorts on TikTok, YouTube, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms before making a final selection.

2. Travel Planning Fee

• A non-refundable Travel Planning Fee is required before research or planning begins.
• This fee covers professional research, planning, booking assistance, and continued reservation management and is separate from the cost of your travel package.
• Your planning fee covers only the number of destinations included with the service selected. Additional destinations require an additional planning fee.
• No research or planning services will begin until the appropriate fee has been paid.

• General Vacation Planning — $50
For 1–5 travelers and includes research for 1 destination with up to 3 curated resort options.
Additional destinations: $40 each
24-Hour Rush Service: +$25

• Small Group Vacation Planning — $85
For groups of 6+ travelers requiring fewer than 10 rooms and departing from the same city/airport. Includes research for up to 2 destinations with up to 3 curated resort options per destination.
Additional destinations: $50 each
24-Hour Rush Service: +$35

• Small Group Vacation Planning | Multiple Departure Cities — $110
For groups of 6+ travelers requiring fewer than 10 rooms with travelers departing from up to 3 different cities/airports. Includes research for up to 2 destinations with up to 3 curated resort options per destination, plus flight and package research from each departure city.
Additional destinations: $50 each
Additional departure cities beyond 3: +$15 each
24-Hour Rush Service: +$35

• Large Group Vacation Planning — $125
For groups requiring 10 rooms or more and departing from the same city/airport. Includes research for up to 2 destinations with up to 3 curated resort options per destination. Large groups may qualify for contracted group rates and vendor concessions depending on the supplier and property.
Additional destinations: $75 each
24-Hour Rush Service: +$50

• Large Group Vacation Planning | Multiple Departure Cities — $160
For groups requiring 10 rooms or more with travelers departing from up to 3 different cities/airports. Includes research for up to 2 destinations with up to 3 curated resort options per destination, plus flight and package research from each departure city. Large groups may qualify for contracted group rates and vendor concessions depending on the supplier and property.
Additional destinations: $75 each
Additional departure cities beyond 3: +$20 each
24-Hour Rush Service: +$50

• Custom Group Booking Webpage — $75 Add-On
Available for large group bookings. Provides guests with an easy and organized webpage where trip details, resort and room options, pricing, important deadlines, booking information, and selections can all be accessed in one convenient place.

All Travel Planning Fees and add-on fees are non-refundable and are not credited toward the cost of your vacation.

3. Receiving Your Quotes

• Please allow up to 7 days after submitting your inquiry form and Travel Planning Fee to receive your initial quote.
• Your initial quote will include up to the number of curated resort options included with your selected planning service.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is placed.
• Quotes and research are valid for 30 days.
• If you have not received your quote within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.

4. Booking Your Package

• Everyone staying in the same room must submit their required deposit on the same day for the reservation to become active.
• Once deposits are submitted, your travel package—including applicable flights, resort accommodations, and transportation—is booked and is subject to the supplier's cancellation and refund policies.
• Travel protection is highly recommended. Coverage, pricing, deadlines, and cancellation terms vary by supplier and will be provided with your specific vacation package.

5. Final Payments

• Your remaining balance is generally due approximately 30 days before travel, unless your specific supplier requires an earlier final-payment date.
• Trips booked within 30 days of departure may require payment in full at booking.
• Payment plans are available for qualifying reservations booked in advance.
• Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been submitted.

6. After Booking (Takeoff!)

• Once your vacation is confirmed, I will continue managing your reservation and payments.
• Excursion recommendations will be provided to help you create an itinerary that fits your vacation style—unless your only plan is to relax at the resort!
