Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellation must be received in writing by Creative Travel & Events LLC prior to departure. A refund is not guaranteed and is based on the fee schedule below. Airline penalties are not part of the percentages below and vary based on each individual airline policy.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:
Once paid, the deposit of $495 is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
If cancellation occurs on or after March 28, 2024, the $495 deposit is retained plus a $300 cancellation fee. ($795 in total penalty is due.)
If cancellation occurs on or after April 30, 2024, the $495 deposit is retained plus a $700 cancellation fee. ($1,195 in total penalty is due)
If cancellation occurs on or after May 30, 2024, 100% of total trip cost is due and is NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

To protect your investment, travel insurance is required for this trip.
Travel Insurance is non-refundable once purchased.

Receipt of deposit payment is your acknowledgement that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy. In checking the box above, you agree to the cancellation fee schedule and understand the terms and conditions.
