Payment must be received on or before the final due date to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Travel Reservation Payment Collection Policy
Payment Deadline:
- The payment deadline for all reservations is clearly stated in the booking confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the guest to make payment by this deadline to secure their reservation.
Payment Process:
- Payments can be made through acceptable payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank.
- Payment must be completed in full, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Consequences of Late Payment:

First Reminder: If payment is not received by the deadline, a reminder email will be sent to the guest. This email will include the new payment deadline and any additional instructions. A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

Second Reminder: If payment is still not received by the extended deadline, a second reminder will be sent, indicating that the reservation is at risk of cancellation. A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

Cancellation: If payment is not received by the final deadline specified in the second reminder, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The guest will be notified of the cancellation via email, and any previously paid amounts (if applicable) may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy.
Rebooking:
- If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the guest may contact us to inquire about rebooking availability. However, rebooking is subject to availability and current rates, which may differ from the original reservation.
