Our girls trip are designed to help you relax, connect with other like-minded women, and remove your strong cape for 5 days and just bask in fun. AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Full payment for this trip is due by March 8, 2026.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more. Please take your time and research the best company for your personal preference. You can also "Google" many more options online, search "travel insurance companies," "travel insurance," or “travel protection.” If you prefer a referral, check out Allianz Travel Insurance. Please note that both roommates must agree on the insurance for the pricing to be covered. 

✈️ Grenada Travel Notes:

Traveling to Grenada requires a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this retreat, your passport should not expire before December 26, 2026. Please check your passport right now to ensure it’s current — refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. The full itinerary will be emailed to you 30 days prior to travel, giving you time to plan your free time while in Grenada.

We strongly recommend that all attendees arrive in Grenada on June 18, 2026, before 4:00 p.m.
You MUST purchase your flight to Grenada no later than May 1, 2026.

To secure your round-trip airport transfers, flight information must be submitted to SWAAT Travels. Once your flight is booked, you must enter your flight details into our database by May 24, 2026.
Failure to submit your flight information by this date will result in forfeiting your airport transportation.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. The deposit payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. All payments to SWAAT Travels for the SWAAT Girls Trip are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. SWAAT Travels has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices low and allow you to pay monthly vacation payments.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification/Passport. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in. Guests must book via SWAAT Travels to take advantage of the SWAAT group amenities and events. Monthly, on-time payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than required. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate has not made full payment by the due date, you will lose the entire trip amount. 

If refunds from any excursion booked separately from the reservation are due, it could take up to three (3) weeks or more after the trip ends to post to your credit/debit card. Refunds will be contingent on the terms of the specific excursion booked. Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees. A late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date. Management must approve all late payment requests (submitted in writing) before the final payment date on your account. A $20.00 “late fee” will be assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or, at best, a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, no refunds or transfers are issued.

SWAAT SISTERS

SWAAT Sisters in good standing will receive a 5% discount on travel. The discount will be applied on your last payment. Please utilize the discount code that was sent to you. If you are not a sister in good standing by the final payment date, the discount will be removed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments to SWAAT Travels are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. SWAAT Travels strongly encourages all travelers to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their investments. No refunds will be issued for the SWAAT Girls Trip.

EXCURSION OPTIONS

Want to join an excursion while in Grenada? You’ll have the option to select and make a deposit that goes toward the total. Full details will be sent out closer to the trip.

Can I book if I don't have a passport?

Yes, you can book! However, you will need to provide your passport information by May 1, 2026. Please send this information to swaattravel@gmail.com

Do I need to have a roommate at the time of booking?

No, you do not need to have a roommate at the time of booking. However, you must select a roommate by May 1, 2026.

When is the final payment due on my trip?

The final payment is due by March 8, 2026. Your balance must be paid in full by this date.

When will I have to provide my flight information?

You need to provide your flight information by May 1, 2026, and no later than May 24, 2026, to book your roundtrip transportation.

Will airport pickup and drop-off be provided within my booking?

Yes, airport pickup and drop-off are included. However, you must provide your flight information no later than May 24, 2026, to schedule your pickup and drop-off.

Will an itinerary be provided?

Yes, you will receive an itinerary no later than 30 days before departure.

Do I have to know anyone to join this trip?

No, you do not have to know anyone to join this trip! You just need to be a professional, like-minded woman who enjoys having fun and needs a stress-free vacation. We plan everything; you just show up and enjoy!

Do I have to set up autopay?

No, you don't have to set up autopay. However, we do recommend it so you are not left with a large balance at the time of full payment.
