Pricing: All travel quotes are provided based on current availability and pricing at the time of preparation. Please note that rates, accommodations, and applicable fees are subject to change without notice due to supplier updates, demand, or availability.Pricing is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed. Until such time, all quoted rates should be considered estimates and may increase /decrease frequently.
Booking Accuracy: Travelers must immediately verify the accuracy of all aspects of a booking (names, dates, times) after receiving a quote and confirmation.
Validity Period: Quotes may have a limited validity period, after which they must be re-quoted. If interested in booking after a quote is given, you must move quickly as pricing changes quickly.
Single Supplements: Solo travelers occupying a double room will be charged as if there are two people in a room. This means that those who do not have a roommate will pay a higher rate than those traveling solo.
Roommate Cancellation: If a traveling partner cancels, the remaining person is responsible for the single supplement or a higher single-occupancy rate.
