We’ll transition to Middle C Jazz for the signature experience of our day.

Evening | Relax & Ride Home

Following the performance, we’ll board our Sprinter and return to Columbia.

Kick off those heels if you need to, get comfortable and enjoy the ride home.

Final departure location, check-in time, brunch reservation and detailed itinerary will be provided to confirmed travelers prior to departure.

All times are subject to reasonable modification because of traffic, weather, venue requirements or circumstances outside JetSet & Reset’s control.

A Facebook comment, text message, verbal commitment or expression of interest does not reserve a seat.

Your seat is secured only after your required payment has been successfully processed.

Please review the following carefully before submitting payment:

• This is a small-group adult social experience with only 13 seats available.
• Travelers must follow all scheduled departure and meeting times.
• Brunch, meals and alcoholic beverages are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Guided admission to the Harvey B. Gantt Center is included.
• Admission to Jackiem Joyner at Middle C Jazz is included.
• Venue seating is controlled by Middle C Jazz. JetSet & Reset will make reasonable efforts to facilitate group seating but cannot guarantee that all group members will be seated together.
• Fall Chic attire is encouraged but not required.
• This is not a Halloween or costume-themed event.
• All guests must follow the JetSet & Reset Harmony & Group Conduct Agreement.

💕 CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESERVATION TRANSFERS

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

All payments made toward Sax in the City: An Elevated Charlotte Jazz Escape are nonrefundable because JetSet & Reset makes advance financial commitments for transportation, entertainment tickets, attraction admissions and other trip components.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another eligible traveler, subject to applicable vendor requirements and JetSet & Reset approval.

If you transfer your reservation:

• You are responsible for finding your replacement traveler.
• Any private financial arrangement between you and your replacement traveler is your responsibility.
• JetSet & Reset will not collect reimbursement for you or become involved in disputes between travelers.
• The replacement traveler must complete all required registration forms, agreements and waivers before travel.
• Any applicable name-change or vendor fees will be the responsibility of the original traveler and/or replacement traveler.
• A transfer is not complete until confirmed by JetSet & Reset.

JetSet & Reset will not be responsible for finding a replacement traveler.

Payments cannot be rolled over or applied as credit toward another JetSet & Reset trip.

TRANSPORTATION

Round-trip group transportation from the Columbia, South Carolina area is included.

The exact departure location, parking information and check-in time will be provided to confirmed travelers.

Travelers must arrive at the designated meeting location by the communicated check-in time.

The group cannot delay departure for late travelers.

Travelers who miss the scheduled departure are responsible for arranging and paying for alternate transportation and will not be entitled to a refund.

Transportation times are approximate and may be affected by:

• Traffic
• Road conditions
• Weather
• Accidents
• Operational issues
• Circumstances outside JetSet & Reset’s reasonable control

🎟️ EVENT TICKETS & SEATING

Admission to the scheduled Jackiem Joyner performance is included.

Admission to the scheduled guided Gantt Center experience is also included.

Middle C Jazz controls seating assignments.

JetSet & Reset will make reasonable efforts to facilitate group seating but cannot guarantee that all travelers will be seated together.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all venue rules, security requirements and policies.

Meals and alcoholic beverages are not included.

Travelers choosing to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and venue policies.

⏰ ITINERARY CHANGES

The advertised itinerary represents the intended experience.

JetSet & Reset reserves the right to reasonably modify:

• Restaurants

• Transportation schedules

Changes may be necessary because of traffic, weather, venue changes, safety considerations, operational requirements or circumstances outside JetSet & Reset’s reasonable control.

Reasonable itinerary changes do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Group photographs and video may be captured throughout the experience for commemorative and promotional purposes.

Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video should notify JetSet & Reset in writing prior to departure.

🤝 THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Transportation companies, restaurants, entertainment venues, attractions and other service providers are independent suppliers and are not employees of JetSet & Reset.

JetSet & Reset is not responsible for acts, omissions, schedule changes, service interruptions or failures by independent suppliers outside JetSet & Reset’s reasonable control.

Travelers are expected to interact respectfully with:

Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, aggressive behavior, discriminatory conduct or intentionally disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Everyone Is Welcome

This experience welcomes:

Couples. Friends. Sisters. Relatives. Solo travelers.

Guests are not required to socialize with everyone at all times, but everyone is expected to respect differences in personalities, relationships, backgrounds and preferences.

Respect the Schedule

When a meeting or departure time is provided, travelers are expected to be ready at that time.

Repeated lateness affects the entire group and may result in the group proceeding without the late traveler.

Enjoy Responsibly

Guests who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly.

Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, fighting, threatening conduct or behavior that interferes with the safety or enjoyment of other travelers may result in removal from the experience.

No refund will be provided when removal results from the traveler’s own misconduct.
