US Citizens need a copy of their official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, Hospital Birth Certificates are not accepted (baby feet Birth Certificates). We highly recommend guest sail with their valid US Passport book with 6 months validity past their cruise. For additional United States passport information visit the United States Department of State travel information website. 

Puerto Rican citizens should review their birth certificates and ensure they are up to date. Puerto Rican birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not valid forms of proof of citizenship.  The Government of Puerto Rico has partnered with document provider VitalChek to provide an expedited method for ordering new birth certificates. United States Permanent Residents must have a United States Permanent Resident Card and a passport from your home country is strongly recommended. Click here for additional information and a passport from your home country is strongly recommended.



For International Sailings- US Citizens require a passport book with a minimum of 6 months validity post the return of your sailing and the corresponding visa required for entry and exit from the country.



For Cuba Sailings - All cruises to Cuba require a passport book (NO passport cards or other forms of I.D. will be accepted) valid for at least 6 months after the sailing date, for all guests including minors, acquiring the appropriate visa, and the completion of the Travel Certification document identifying which of the 12 general licenses you are traveling under. Each guest must bring two printed, completed copies of the Travel Certification document to the pier on embarkation day. 
Terms & Conditions:
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The initial deposit includes a booking administration fee of $50.
  • Pricing, availability and itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of 3385 Travel & Events LLC &/or the travel supplier(s).
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Click here to purchase your travel protection plan. 
  • Please note that joining us on any experience gives 3385 Travel & Events LLC expressed permission to use any and all photographs for media & release.
  • Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.
 
Cancellation Policy:
3385 Travel & Events LLC charges a per person Cancellation Fee based on the following schedule:

  • 0-60 days of the initial deposit payment date: $50 per person + the supplier's fee, if applicable

  • 61-90 days of the initial deposit payment date: $75 per person + the supplier's fee, if applicable

  • 91 or more days after the initial deposit payment date: $100 per person + the supplier's fee, if applicable


 

-In the event that TRAVEL PROTECTION is NOT purchased and you cancel within the specified time frame ALL monies paid will be refunded per the Cruise Line Cancellation Policy minus the initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.


-All rates are based on double occupancy.  In the event your roommate chooses to cancel, you will be responsible for 200% of the cabin rate unless you find a replacement traveler.



-Monthly payments are expected to keep your account in good standing. Failure to keep your account up to date may result in termination of your reservation.

 

-Guests are required to be 21 years of age (on embarkation day) to travel on their own.



-Travelers under 21 must be accompanied by someone 25 and older.
-Guest ages will be verified, Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation
