Payment Schedule:

A cruise fare payment schedule will be set up for the ease of each passenger. If you prefer to pay in full, that is fine as well. The schedule can be customized if requested, otherwise it will look like this:

Initial Deposit at the time of registration: $500 / $700 with Universal Package

November 10th: $300 /$550

December 10th: $300 / $550

January 10th: $300 / $550

February 10th: $400 / $550

*If you join after November, we'll adjust the schedule based on the number of months until February 10th. 

If you choose to do the cruise only, the pre-stay hotel will need to be added and paid in full before the 90 prior to travel. This needs to be done in a group of 4 to split the room, otherwise the number of girls in the room will split the cost. 

Occupancy:

With the nature of a trip like this, occupancy is a critical component to determine the price per person. This is why cancellation can really affect the other attendants and why the deposit is non-refundable. Because of this, it's important that you are planning and aware of the occupancy of the cruise stateroom and the pre-stay room. You need 2 passengers in each cruise stateroom onboard the Utopia of the Seas. For the Universal resort pre-stay and the Universal pre-stay package, the occupancy for the room will be 4. It's important that the room is filled so please plan with friends to fill the room. If you'd like to join and don't have a full room, please reach out and we'll see what the numbers look like and if we can piece a full room together. 

Cancellation policy:

We understand that plans can change, but please be aware that due to the nature of group bookings, cancellations impact the entire group’s arrangements. To ensure a smooth process for everyone, the following cancellation terms apply:

  1. Nonrefundable Deposits:

    • Cruise Portion: A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the cruise.
    • Universal Orlando Package: A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required for the Universal Orlando portion of the trip.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • For the cruise portion, if you cancel more than 90 days prior to travel, any payments made beyond the nonrefundable deposit will be refunded.
    • For the Universal Orlando Package, cancellations made more than 50 days prior to travel are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the nonrefundable deposit.
  3. Refund Issuance:

    • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed at the final payment due date.
  4. Final Payments:

    • Any outstanding balances must be paid by the due date indicated. Failure to make final payments on time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of any deposits made.

Bright Life Travel Company, LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE If you have not done so already; please review the supplier terms, conditions, and cancellation policy provided by your advisor. If you have any questions, please speak with your advisor prior to signing this form. It is your responsibility to ask for terms if you are unable to locate them. If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. You understand you are responsible for any additional package costs or change fees. If you decide to cancel any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. You understand you are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by your travel supplier and Bright Life Travel Company, LLC if applicable. You also understand you are responsible for any additional costs that may arise to alter your travel and return you home on a different date.


TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance protects passengers and their investment. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by Bright Life Travel Co. to protect you from situations that could cause your vacation to be canceled, interrupted or delayed and result in a loss of time and money. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of your package. Without appropriate travel insurance, you understand and agree that if you cancel or interrupt your travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and travel suppliers' cancellation penalties will apply resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of your travel booking and related costs. In the event that your advisor waived their cost of service for their planning services, cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation of a vacation package 30+ days after deposit may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 payable to Bright Life Travel Co. in addition to cancellation penalties set by the supplier. The purchase of travel insurance waives this penalty on travel that has been paid in full. Please consult your advisor to discuss travel insurance options that will waive this penalty.


FORCE MAJUERE “Force Majeure” means, in relation to Bright Life Travel Company, LLC, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bright Life Travel Company, LLC (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences). Bright Life Travel Company, LLC shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. 


THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS. If Bright Life Travel Company, LLC and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund due to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in the supplier's sole and absolute discretion, although Bright Life Travel Company, LLC shall use its reasonable efforts to get you reimbursement where possible.
