IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Resort Fee Additional: A mandatory Resort Fee of $45 (plus tax) per room, per night will be charged to the guest to be paid directly to the hotel at check-in. This fee includes Fitness Center access for 2 per day, in-room internet access each day for two devices, and all local calls. This resort fee is administered by the hotel on all guest rooms in addition to the nightly room rates. Fees and inclusions are subject to change.

Roommates: Your Premier Travel Service will not be assigning roommates for this trip. If you select a double occupancy room you are responsible for securing your own roommate. In the event you have selected a double occupancy and don't have a roommate you are subject to any additional fees for that room category.

If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification

Traveling to Las Vegas only requires a valid driver’s license.

Your booking is confirmed when your initial deposit/payment is processed. Your invoice/receipt is a confirmation of services on the booking.

All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly Payments are available. Monthly payments must be paid by the 6th of every month.

Full payment is required by the final payment date assigned. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a Supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your bookings, in your being denied access to any tours, accommodations, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for your bookings.

Travel bookings made after the final payment date require full payment at the time of booking and will include any late booking fees.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.

Management must approve all late payment requests before the final payment date on your account.

If you choose to purchase your own flight, Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive in Las Vegas on September 8, 2023, before 4 pm.

Travel Protection payments or Third-Party Travel Insurance Payments are always non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended.

Client Responsibility:

You are responsible for providing and verifying full, complete, and accurate information for all participants and services at the time of booking. Under no circumstances is Your Premier Travel Service liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by you to complete the booking. When you receive any and all travel documents, it is your responsibility to review and verify all information for accuracy.
