Booking with GABH is not a task that we take lightly. With access to a plethora of vendors, we are able to curate a trip that will yield you countless memories. If planning a trip that is at least 45 days out, we are able to provide you with a payment plan that makes the reality of your vacation even that more accessible.

-Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the balance due by a specified date before departure. If the booking is taking place within 45 days of the date of travel, the full payment amount will be required at the time of booking.
-Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, minus the deposit and any supplier penalties, are based on the cancellation date relative to the departure date.
-Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings, including dates, destinations, or names, may incur additional fees and are subject to availability and supplier terms.
-Travel Documentation: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications, where applicable.
-Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
-Responsibility Clause: Our agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for any issues arising from the actions or omissions of these third parties.
-Credit Card Authorization: For payments made by credit card, a completed and signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required to process your booking. This form helps protect against unauthorized use and ensures smooth transactions for your travel arrangements.
- Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Policy: We employ stringent measures to prevent fraudulent transactions. In the event of a chargeback claim, we reserve the right to provide all necessary booking and payment evidence to financial institutions. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly with any billing disputes to resolve issues efficiently and avoid unnecessary chargebacks.
-Non-Refundable Planning Fee: Upon payment, the planning fee secures your commitment to our customized travel services and is non-refundable. This fee covers the preliminary arrangements and detailed planning required to ensure your itinerary meets your specific travel desires and needs.
