This elegant 4-star hotel is situated close to prominent landmarks in the city such as the picturesque Lake Tjörnin, Reykjavík Art Museum, and the cathedral, as well as fantastic downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel is located on Lækjargata, a historic street in the centre of Reykjavík, and has been designed with full respect to the surrounding buildings in a modern style that reflects Icelandic tradition. Every aspect of its location and environment has been meticulously considered, making it a remarkable downtown destination in Iceland's capital.
The excellent Fröken Reykjavík Kitchen & Bar is based within the Saga Hotel. Fröken’s prime location is only one of the things that will make your stay at this boutique hotel unique. You get to watch the chefs prepare Icelandic delicacies in real-time using quality ingredients sourced locally. This boutique hotel features a spa with a steam bath and sauna, a gym, and two large roof terraces. It also offers convenient access for coach drop-offs and pick-ups at the entrance.

- Your payments made to The Luxe Travel Plug are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because The Luxe Travel Plug has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
- Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "active".
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A valid passport is required.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- Roommate Matching is available!
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
- Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- Cancellation fee is $200 per person based on double occupancy and $300 per person based on single occupancy 90 days before final payment deadline. $300 per person based on double occupancy and $400 per person based on single occupancy 60 days before final payment deadline. $400 per person based on double occupancy and $500 per person based on single occupancy 30 days before final payment. This will be sent via a different invoice to be paid immediately. After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.
