Cancel For Any Reason Waiver (provided by Delta Vacations).

In addition to Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation offered by Delta Vacations, the plan includes other benefits to help protect travelers from the unexpected during their vacation, such as:

• Emergency medical and dental benefit — includes benefits up to $50,000 for covered medical and dental expenses, and 24-hour emergency assistance service for covered illness or injury during the trip. Dental sublimit is $500.
• Emergency medical transportation benefit — includes benefits up to $50,000 for necessary medical transportation to the nearest hospital or appropriate facility following a covered injury or illness.
• Post-departure trip interruption — can cover up to the original cost of a trip up to $10,000 when the trip is interrupted or if it’s necessary to return home early for reasons, such as covered sickness, injury, or other covered reasons.
• Travel delay — can reimburse up to $150 with receipts; $75 without receipts per day for meals and accommodations when travelers are delayed on their trip for 6 hours or more.
• Baggage delay — can reimburse travelers up to $250 for clothing and personal items if their luggage is delayed more than 24 hours. Can reimburse up to $50 without receipts.

• You can receive the refund of the cost of your vacation package AND cancellation fees in the form of your original payment should you need to cancel your vacation for any covered reason (less the cost of the protection plan).

Lowest Price Guarantee

If Delta Vacations advertises an identical vacation at a lower price, Delta Vacations will allow you to rebook at that lower price. The advertised vacation must be available for purchase by the general public, reflect the price for the same number of travelers (of same age as in the initial itinerary) and include the same air components (including airfare class, carrier, and same origin and departure locations and dates), hotel and room category, and any other previously purchased components. Refunds for the difference in the package price will be issued in the original form of payment.
