PRICING: Pricing is based on 2-people per room. If you wish to receive a quote for more people per room, or for a single occupancy room, please contact WynD Love Travel directly via email to wyndlovetravel@gmail.com, or text 585-484-1859. Note: Single-occupancy rooms are subject to a 200% single surcharge.
DEPOSITS: As of 5/25/23, the total balance must be paid at the time of booking. Cabin options are subject to change and availability at the time the reservation is booked. Please review the cancellation policy above.
PAYMENTS: Final payment is due at the time of booking. Travel Insurance is a separate fee and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. In the event your roommate chooses to cancel you will be responsible for 200% of the cruise fare unless you find a replacement traveler.
PASSPORTS and other TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passports are NOT required, but are strongly recommended. Please note: passports must be valid for 6 months from your return date. If not using a passport, the following documents may be used to board the ship:

TRAVELING WITH MINORS: The minimum age for cruising is 6 months. Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary.
WynD Love Travel is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to cruise authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to port authorities.
NAME CHANGES: "A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. An original guest must remain on the booking, otherwise, this is considered a full stateroom cancellation and applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guests; new guests will be subject to prevailing cruise and air rates. Please note: Carnival reserves the right to impose restrictions on name changes based on special circumstances at a sailing level. For bookings that do not include airfare booked through Carnival, and not booked under a restricted/non-refundable fare*, there is no charge for a name change. *Restricted and Non-Refundable fares include the following but not limited to these promotions: Early Saver, Pack & Go, Super Saver, etc."
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. The cost for travel insurance is usually around 5-10% of the cruise rate. Factors such as state of residency, age of traveler and trip destination are all included in determining the cost. **If you have pre-existing conditions for which you are seeking coverage, the policy must be purchased within the first 7 days of booking.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: All travelers are required to complete his/her online check-in prior to the cruise. FAILURE TO COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK MAY RESULT IN YOUR BEING DENIED BOARDING OF THE SHIP. You can complete your online check in at any time once your cabin has been assigned. Please visit Online Check-In to create your account today! Once full deposit is paid you will get an invoice with your Booking Number.
BRINGING BEVERAGES ON BOARD: Bottled beverages of any kind (including bottled water) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from being brought onto a Carnival Cruise Ship, with the exception of wine or champagne. Currently, guests 21+ are permitted to bring one (1) standard-sized 750ml bottle of wine or champagne on board per person in their CARRY-ON BAG. All guests are permitted to bring up to 12 unopened 12-oz cans or 354ml cartons of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, energy drinks, juice, and milk), in their carry-on luggage. Carnival Cruise Lines reserves the right to update, change or modify the liquor policy at ANY TIME. WynD Love Travel is not responsible for any beverages confiscated and/or discarded due to failure to comply with the liquor and beverage policy.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED: "ALL STATEROOMS, INCLUSIVE OF BALCONIES, ARE AN ENTIRELY SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL STATEROOMS AND BALCONIES. GUESTS WHO SMOKE IN THESE AREAS WILL BE ASSESSED A $500 USD CLEANING AND REFRESHING FEE ON THEIR SAIL & SIGN ACCOUNT." WynD Love Travel is not responsible for any charges assessed due to failure to comply with the smoking policy.
DINNER DRESS CODE: ** MEN ** - Please be advised that some cruise restaurants may require long pants, collared shirt, & closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Carnival reserves the right to asses a fuel surcharge if a rise in the market price of oil necessitates a supplement. There is no fuel surcharge currently in place. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges, and all fees are subject to change.
