Flights - Guest should fly into Athens International Airport ATH. Flights from the US are overnight flights. Departure flights should leave no later than Sept 19, 2026 to arrive to Athens, Greece by Sept 20, 2026.

Cancellation policy:

For bookings canceled more than 120 days before sailing:

Sailors will receive FVC for their deposit amount up until 120 days prior.
Funds paid for taxes and fees, bookables, and any amounts paid in excess of the voyage fare deposit would be refunded.

For cancellations made between 120 and 45 days before the Voyage embarkation date, each Sailor will receive 50% of their paid Voyage Fare as a Future Voyage Credit (or “FVC”). The remainder of the paid Voyage Fare is non-refundable.

Any cancellations within 45 days of the Voyage embarkation date are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:

It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event of a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility.

Passports:

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date and contain two blank pages.
