There are two ways to book with us:
 
1.) Book It Yourself:
We understand that not everyone needs custom booking services so if
you are comfortable with doing your own research while still supporting
our business. Here are some options to do so:
2.) Custom Booking Services:
 
This is where you have the option to enlist travel planning services
to create an experience tailored to your needs.

𝑸𝒖𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕:

All quotes require a nonrefundable Research fee!

 This fee covers:

  • The time needed to plan your custom trip
  • Facilitating any changes or special requests with the Resort
  • Creating and Administering Payment Plans
  • Being accessible before and during your trip 
  • Processing of insurance covered cancellation
  • and more.

*Once payment is received, the client will receive a quote within 24-72 hrs , unless you opt for the rush fee*


**Please be advised that the actual quote pricing is subject to change at ANY TIME until your Deposit or Full payment has been paid.

 
Your quote will include a minimum of 2 quotes based on the information submitted using our request form.  Only 2 revisions are offered to this quote withing 7 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new fee. Feedback is required within 7 business days of the initial quote or risk abandoning quote request and deletion from our records. Please respond promptly to all emails.
 
*The Research fee is nonrefundable and non transferrable. No exceptions. If you are not interested in paying a research fee please refer to “Book it Yourself Section”. 
 
**Also please note any promotional deals listed on any Travel with Teia Social Media accounts do not require you to pay a research fee. Please follow instructions listed in promotional post.
