Making Your Reservation
Welcome to the Heiress Society. We are so excited you chose to join us for this inaugural experience. Below are directions on how to reserve:
Suggested Items as You Register
- Passport
- TSA Precheck/Global Entry Card
- Any airline or hotel membership account numbers
Passport
You do not need your passport to complete the registration. However, it is highly suggested that you provide this information for the accuracy of your reservation. Your passport should not expire six months or less from your date of travel. If it expires before that period, now is the time to renew your passport. Passport wait times are increasing. Do not wait to renew your passport. Not having a valid passport is not a covered reason for delays or cancellation of your vacation unless you select the "cancel for any reason" option.
To Reserve
- Select the experience and click "Book Now".
- Under "Select Travelers", select the number of people in your party. Make sure you include yourself in that number.
- Click "Continue to Traveler Info" on the right side of the screen.
- Complete the traveler intake form. Ensure you read, understand, and agree to the cancellation policy and terms and conditions.
- Add your desired payment method. We accept major credit cards and debit cards under the following brands: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
YOU ARE RESERVED!
Your card will be immediately charged. Once I receive your reservation, I will review the information and reach out if there are any questions. You will receive a receipt via email as well as a welcome email once your card has been charged.
Cancellation policy:
This vacation is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is highly advised that you secure travel insurance to protect your investment. You will receive a separate email with a travel insurance option. The price of travel insurance is additional.
