Payment Terms & Reservation Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required to secure your reservation through July 31, 2026. Beginning August 1, 2026, the required non-refundable deposit will increase to $100.00 per person.

Submitting your deposit authorizes Eyescream Travel to begin the reservation process and request your booking with the travel supplier. Please note that pricing and availability are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed by the supplier, and rates are subject to change until your deposit has been successfully applied.

This deposit applies toward the total cost of your vacation and covers initial travel planning, itinerary preparation, supplier coordination, and reservation management services.

Payment Schedule

After the initial deposit is received, the remaining balance will be invoiced through TravelJoy in accordance with your selected payment plan.

All invoices must be paid by the due dates listed. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time to maintain an active reservation.

A payment per month is required unless otherwise stated in your invoice or payment plan. At least one qualifying payment must be made within each calendar month to keep the reservation active.

Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the reservation without guarantee of reinstatement or price protection.

Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

If payments are not received for two (2) consecutive months, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Any rebooking will be subject to availability and current pricing at the time of reinstatement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to final payment date will incur a $100 per person cancellation penalty, plus any applicable supplier or vendor penalties. Any eligible refund will be issued after deductions of all applicable fees.

Cancellations made after the final payment deadline of December 15, 2026 are non-refundable, and any potential reimbursement will be solely at the discretion of the travel supplier and/or resort.

All supplier penalties, promotional restrictions, and non-refundable components of the booking remain the responsibility of the traveler.

Refund & Service Disclosure

All payments made toward this reservation apply toward professional travel planning, coordination, reservation management, and administrative services, which are rendered immediately upon booking and are considered non-refundable once performed.

Refunds, when applicable, are subject to supplier approval, cancellation timing, and contractual terms.

Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended to safeguard your investment against unforeseen events such as illness, emergencies, flight disruptions, or cancellations. If declined, the traveler assumes full responsibility for any losses incurred.

Agreement

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all Payment Terms & Reservation Requirements, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund limitations, and service terms outlined above.

You further agree that failure to comply with payment obligations may result in cancellation without refund of payments made, where supplier penalties and service fees apply.
