We're elevating this girls trip to Napa Valley at Embassy Suites, where luxury meets convenience. We will begin our days with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, setting the tone for our Napa adventures. While onsite, we have the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights at the on-site restaurant, enjoy complimentary evening receptions, unwind at the wine bar, and relax in the lounge. With the perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication, Embassy Suites Napa is our ultimate retreat for a memorable girls' getaway, where the allure of Napa Valley is complemented by the convenience of exceptional onsite amenities including an indoor and an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fire pit.   • Deposits must be secured through this booking link.  If deposit option is chosen, upon receipt of deposit payment and room booking, an invoice for remaining balance will be sent to you with a final payment due date of July 1st 2024.
  • Please note, a processing fee of 3.5% for credit cards will be added to all system payments automatically. 
  • All future payments after deposit may be paid via alternative method of Zelle to avoid processing fees if preferred.  Additional payments or amounts can always be made at your preference by contacting info@fossluxurytravel.com directly.  
  • Credit card/Debit Card required at check-in for incidental charges.
  • RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE AND SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY (Per Person). TRIPLE OCCUPANY RATES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
 
Cancellation policy:
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the package becomes non-refundable. However, the packages are transferable. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you have the ability to sell your spot to another guest. FOSS Luxury Travel has negotiated special pricing with vendors that does not allow us to obtain refunds. This approach enables us to keep your packages affordable and lets you make monthly payments on your vacation. If you have made a reservation for a double occupancy room and subsequently decide to cancel, it is imperative that you fulfill your responsibility by settling the outstanding balance. This measure ensures that your roommate is not burdened with your share of the financial obligation.
