• Non-Refundable Deposit: Due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total trip cost.
• 50% Payment Due: 50% of your trip cost must be paid by July 15, 2026.
• Final Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full by August 29, 2026.

While you’re free to make payments on your own schedule, these key deadlines are mandatory. Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in your reservation being cancelled.

All payment deadlines, late fees, cancellation terms, and reinstatement requirements are strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all travelers within the group reservation. Exceptions, extensions, payment holds, or waivers will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, travel changes, or failure to review payment reminders.

Siam Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not remain in compliance with the agreed payment schedule. Clients acknowledge that group space, contracted rates, and supplier obligations require adherence to these terms.

Requests to reinstate a canceled booking are not guaranteed and will be considered solely at the discretion of Siam Tours & Travels and subject to supplier availability and current pricing at the time of reinstatement.

By submitting a deposit or payment toward this trip, the traveler confirms acceptance of all payment policies, deadlines, fees, and enforcement terms outlined herein.

• Cancellation within 240 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 30% of any additional payments made.
• Cancellation within 180 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 50% of any additional payments made.
• Cancellation within 100 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 100% of any additional payments made.

Cancellations will be reimbursed to your original form of payment within 10 - 14 business days minus any fees and/or penalties accessed.  If the refund is applied by credit card OR bank transfer, any additional bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.   

No refund or reduction will be made for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the package not utilized for personal reasons. 

Resort Disclosure Policy

To protect the integrity of our exclusive group experiences and contracted room inventory, Siam Tours & Travels does not release the host resort name until the group room block requirement has been met.

This policy prevents outside bookings that may reduce availability for confirmed retreat guests and ensures all participants receive the full curated experience as designed.

All registered and confirmed travelers will receive complete resort details, travel documents, and itinerary information prior to final payment and well in advance of travel.

We appreciate your understanding as this process allows us to secure the best accommodations, amenities, and overall experience for our group.
