The Antigua Wellness Escape is a premium, all-inclusive retreat designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Set against the turquoise waters and pristine beaches of Antigua, this 5-day/4-night experience blends restorative wellness practices with immersive island exploration. Guests will enjoy yoga and meditation and guided island tours, all staying within a serene, luxury oceanfront setting.

Booking Instructions:

 

  • Choose your desired room. Your roommate must reserve and pay the deposit on the same day, otherwise you must book a single occupancy room.
  • Select the number of travelers from the drop down to receive the correct rate
    • If you are a single traveler and will NOT have a roommate, please click on 1 passenger on the drop down - the Single occupancy room rates will populate. Do not click select a room with 2 Beds if you do not have a roommate at the time of booking (The room category will be changed to a single bedding room, and the price adjusted to match. 
    • If you will have a roommate(s) - Select 2 for Double Occupancy or 3 for Triple Occupancy 
  • Enter your information.
  • Sign your agreement and pay the required deposit.
    • Optional - Click on the box to turn on auto pay. 
 
NOTE:
A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED that does not expire within 6 months of the return date in order to participate in this event. 
The airport code for Antigua is ANU.  You are required to provide your flight details by completing the required form by September 15, 2026. 
  • Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation.  
  • Transportation is ONLY for the dates that you book your trip with us.  
 
 

Payment Terms:

We are offering the option to pay monthly or in full.

A one-time credit card transaction fee will be charged by the credit card processing company. This fee is divided equally into your monthly payments and is not optional. This is a convenience fee from the credit card processing company and is not charged by Siam Tours & Travels

Monthly payments are divided equally and are based on the total package price after your initial deposit.
Your first payment will begin on the 15th of the following month.

 

Payment Policy:

We are offering the option to enroll in autopay or make manual monthly payments due on the 15th of each month. Monthly payments are not optional.

  • If autopay fails, you will receive an email requesting an updated card.

  • If not updated by the 20th of the month (5th day past due), a $25.00 late fee will be automatically added — no exceptions.

  • If payment is still not received by the 25th of the month (10th day past due), your trip will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.

  • This policy will be strictly monitored and enforced.

If your trip is canceled and you wish to reinstate, a $100.00 reinstatement fee applies (subject to room availability), in addition to any past-due balances and late fees.

 

Payment Schedule:

In order to comply with our contractual agreement, the following payment timeline has been established:

  • Initial Deposit - Due at time of booking

  •  Monthly Payments - Due the15th of each month

  • Final Payment: - Due 100 days before travel

 
All payments must be made current by this timeframe. Rooms with delinquent payments will be automatically cancelled and are subject to the cancellation guidelines. NO EXCEPTIONS!
 

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shifted to another date.
Cancellations must be received by SIAM Tours & Travels via email at s.i.a.m.toursandtravels@gmail.com. 
 
  • Cancellation within 240 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 30% of any additional payments made.
  • Cancellation within 180 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 50% of any additional payments made.
  • Cancellation within 100 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 100% of any additional payments made.

 

Cancellations will be reimbursed to your original form of payment within 10 - 14 business days minus any fees and/or penalties accessed.  If the refund is applied by credit card OR bank transfer, any additional bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.   

 

No refund or reduction will be made for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the package not utilized for personal reasons.
