When you purchase the GPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a GPP Voucher, less the GPP plan cost except for airline tickets issued as part of a contracted commercial air group, which may not have any residual value. Travelers who purchased individual commercial airline tickets will receive the airline ticket numbers [or paper tickets] for future use with the airline and be advised of the ticket cost. Airline cancellation, change or rebooking fees may apply. A one-time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP.

• Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
• The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
• Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
• GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
• Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
