• If the desired stateroom type/category is not listed as an 'Available Package', please select one of the options presented and indicate on the registration form (following package selection) the type of, or specific stateroom or suite desired. After submission of your registration form and the paid minimum deposit, your travel agent will reach out to you to provide specific pricing and deposit information based on your specifications, to complete your reservation.  Once your individual reservation is complete, it will be added to the group block and will be managed accordingly. 

• If you have a family of 5 or more, please register for the first (1st) 4 guests, then on the registration form, please provide the additional information for the remaining members of your party.  Upon receipt, your travel agent will reach out to you directly to provide pricing and options for you and your family.

• If you are traveling alone but want to be paired with another guest and share a stateroom, please select '1 Traveler' (when requested) and select the desired package.  Then on the registration form, please indicate if you want to be paired with a roommate or travel alone.  If you elect to travel alone, then your travel agent will reach out to you directly to provide 'Single Occupancy' pricing.

• COVID-19 Warning:  An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to prevent a COVID-19 outbreak.  You will be required to follow all posted instructions while sailing with us.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), certain populations, including senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  The CDC recommends delaying travel until you are fully vaccinated, and also recommends that people avoid travel on cruise ships worldwide.  By sailing with Carnival Cruise Lines, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

• All group cruise registrations require a $50/pp deposit at registration, which must be authorized with a valid Credit Card to confirm your reservation; however, the credit entered will NOT be charged until you confirm if your deposit will be paid via Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or Credit Card as outlined in the 'Payment Options' section below.  

• As a result, upon registering for the cruise and entering your credit card information, please follow-up with a payment via Zelle, CashApp or PayPal, as outlined in the 'Payment Options' section below.   If payment (via Zelle, CashApp or PayPal) is not received within 24 hours of registration, then the credit card used to register will be charged for the authorized amount.

• Subsequent payments, after the initial deposit, can be made via PayPal, CashApp, Zelle and/or Credit Card (see the 'Payment Options' section below for more information).

• Your invoice will have a proposed monthly 'Payment Plan' included; however, payments can be made at any time, in any amount, via your preferred payment methods (i.e., PayPal, CashApp, Zelle or Credit Card).  Payment receipts and adjusted invoices will be emailed within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

• You may split your payments, after the initial deposit, however you choose (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, per paycheck, etc.), as long as the minimum amount due is satisfied by the payment schedule outlined below.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  Ensure that the ‘Sending Money to Friends or Family’ option is selected, when paying via PayPal.  If you choose the ‘Paying for Goods or Services’ option, fees will be deducted from your payment, reducing the impact of your payment, leaving a larger balance. In addition, a 3.9% transaction fee plus 30 cents service fee will be added to Credit Card payments submitted via PayPal or online invoices

To cancel, please call and text or email your travel agent to request a cancellation.  Upon receiving your request, your cancellation will be processed and the refunds will be return in the same method received, according to the schedule below.  If Voyage Protection Insurance is purchased and you cancel after 25FEB2023, then your cancellation request must be submitted in two parts.  Part 1:  Notify your travel agent, via call and text or email.  Part 2:  Submit a claim to the Travel Protection agency with the information received from your travel agent to process your claim.  The Travel Protection agency will be responsible for refunding the total cost of your cruise vacation, minus the cost of insurance. 

 

• Cancellations before 25FEB2023:  $50/pp Deposit - Non-Refundable
• If you or anybody travelling with you wishes to cancel either your/their cruise vacation, contact your travel agent (michelle@bmdtravel.net) and the Voyage will be cancelled on the date notice of cancellation is received.
• You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date; however, if you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund (minus $50/pp deposit) on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
• After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.
• From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:
  
  • Receive a “Future Cruise Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
  • Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.
  • Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.
  • Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.   
• At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.
• Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any unrefunded money (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your travel insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to your insurance company. As always, we recommend you purchase our Voyage Protection.
• Cancellations shall be deemed effective at 11:59 p.m. local east coast United States time on the date Guest communicates such cancellation.
