Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (email info@mystyleoftravel.com) and cannot be made verbally. If a cancellation is received in writing by My Style of Travel before the final payment due date of your trip, the deposit, the cost of the travel protection, any imposed vendor fees and a $75 cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded. If you do not have travel protection, any type of refund will be forfeited. 

After final payment has been made and you request to cancel your trip, a cancellation fee will be applied by supplier because your hotel accommodations have been confirmed.  You must submit a claim through the travel insurance company. Your refund will be issued based on the package purchased minus travel protection cost, My Style of Travel cancellation fees and any other supplier-imposed fees. 

 Failure to cancel or pay in full prior to final payment date could result in a loss of all funds. 

• Dates are flexible, but may result in a change in price. 
• All your payments to My Style of Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you have travel protection.
• Travel protection is mandatory.

• Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government issued ID.

• Failure to receive your passport prior to departure will result in all money being forfeited unless you add travel protection. 

• Prices are subject to change without notice. 

• Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety of harmony of travelers. My Style of Travel assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.

• Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until final payment with management approval.

• Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date with management approval.

• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

• Flights must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to departure or airport transportation won't be guaranteed.

• Roommate Payments - Roommates must complete separate registration form and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separately.

• Hotels/Cruise lines have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

• Pricing is not guaranteed until the deposit it made. Airline prices can change daily. Once your deposit is made, those funds will not be deducted from your account until the booking can be priced again. This will ensure that you are provided accurate pricing.
