April 10, 2025: Arrival in Belize City
- Transfer to our resort, Alaia Belize from your domestic flight. Pickup your golf cart and get settled in. Enjoy the day at leisure.
April 11, 2025: Day at Leisure | Nightlife ($)
- After breakfast, spend the day exploring the vibrant island, soaking up the sun, or trying out local cuisines. At night we explore Belize nightlife (optional).
April 12, 2025: Ivory Waves & Island Vibes (All-White Affair)
- Enjoy a day of fun in the sun on a private catamaran cruise to Caye Caulker. We'll stop at Shark Ray Alley where guests will get a chance to take pictures of nurse sharks, sting rays, snorkel in the stunning waters and enjoy time on this idyllic island.
April 13, 2025: Day at Leisure
- Take some time for last-minute shopping and exploration or simply relaxing by the beach.
April 14, 2025: Farewell
- Enjoy breakfast at Alaia Belize before your roundtrip flight back to Belize City.

Flight Information:
- Domestic flight schedules between Belize City (BZE) and San Pedro (SPR) may be limited, so all guests are encouraged to arrive at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) on April 10, 2025, prior to 1:30PM.
- Please DO NOT schedule flights that will arrive in Belize City (BZE) after 4:00PM as you will need to purchase a hotel stay in Belize City for the night and will not arrive at San Pedro until April 11th.
- Schedule your international flight to depart from Belize in the afternoon/evening of April 14, 2025.
- Guests will receive an email requesting details for the international flight itinerary from USA to BZE 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com.
- Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transportation companies and vendors we are unable to refund any monies paid on the reservation. All payments made to KimTravels are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Travel Notes:
- The easiest way to reach Alaia Belize is by a short, 15-minute flight from Belize City. You have the option to add the domestic flight or utilize the water taxi for your transfer to San Pedro. You will need to pick one!
- The easiest form of transportation around the island are golf carts. For your convenience, we've reached out to a local company who will be assisting our group with the delivery of golf carts. All guests are encouraged to contact Joey to setup their golf cart reservation.

Terms & Conditions:
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
IDENTIFICATION:
- Guests are required to make reservations in the full name as it appears on the passport
PAYMENTS:
- Two payments are required for the reservation after your initial deposit. The first payment of $500.00 per person will be due by December 15, 2024, and the final payment will be due by February 15, 2025. Failure to meet the deadline for the first payment will result in cancellation of the reservation.
- A late payment of $75.00 per person will be required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- Reservations can be prepaid at anytime.
MONTHLY INVOICES:
- Invoices will be emailed the 1st of each month and payments can be made on the reservation anytime as long as the reservation satisfies the first payment due date of $500.00 per person by December 15, 2025, and the final payment by February 15, 2025.
- Invoices can be split individually once the deposit is made by emailing trips@kim-travels.com or by sending a message from the reservation.
PRICES:
- Prices listed are based on single (one guest in room) and double occupancy (two guests in room). Prices are correct at time of publication, however, as airfare prices fluctuate, package prices and availability may change. As such, prices are subject to change without notice. We encourage guests to make reservations as soon as possible.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION:
