Itinerary:
- Day One: Welcome to "Nawlins" - Welcome to Crescent City! You will be transferred from the airport to our hotel. Check-in is at 04:00 PM. Make sure that your flight arrives by 2:30 PM. We’ll meet in the lobby at 04:45 PM to walk over to our reserved grandstand to view one of the best Mardi Gras Parades: The Krewe Bacchus.

Day Two: Welcome to Lundi Gras - Lundi Gras is the Monday before Mardi Gras, also known as "Fat Monday." You have a free morning and afternoon today. Your included hop-on, hop-off bus is scheduled to run today. Tonight, we attend the black-tie formal Orpheuscapade Gala! We'll be experiencing a side of Mardi Gras seldom seen by New Orleanians or visitors alike.

Day Three: Welcome to Mardi Gras - Fat Tuesday! Get ready for the ultimate Mardi Gras experience! Picture yourself high above the chaos as the carnival unfolds beneath us. The streets are alive with a kaleidoscope of costumes and masks, each more outrageous than the last. Your ears ring with the intoxicating blend of brass bands, whoops of joy.
- Day Four: Today is Ash Wednesday (Mass: 12:05 p.m) - If you plan on attending Ash Wednesday Mass at St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans, it is a solemn yet beautiful experience. The historic cathedral, with its stunning architecture and rich history, provides a reverent backdrop for this important day in the Christian calendar.
This evening, we will journey back in time aboard an authentic paddle wheeler cruising on the mighty Mississippi for an evening of Dixie Jazz Cruise with a traditional Creole Dinner.
- Day Five: Farewell Mon ami! As the final beads are thrown and the last jazz notes fade away, the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras begins to settle over New Orleans. Streets once filled with colorful parades and jubilant revelers slowly return to their everyday charm. As we bid farewell to the Big Easy, we carry a kaleidoscope of memories of these cherished moments that will undoubtedly spark smiles and stories for years to come, a small piece of New Orleans magic to brighten their days back home.

The Non-Refundable Deposit Due at the Time of Booking is $1250.00; the remaining balance is due on or before November 01, 2025. All pricing and availability are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed with a deposit. Note: Mardi Gras reservations and experiences are all non-refundable per their policy—not mine.

If you need to cancel, we will try our best to find a replacement for you. Please note that all changes will be subject to payment of an administration fee of $50 per person per change. We strongly recommend that you purchase your travel insurance policy immediately. Note that you can add your other travel components by calling your travel insurance carrier to increase your coverage.
