IMPORTANT DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $100 for land only or $300 per person full package including airfare is due to lock in the current rate at the time of booking. Your roommate must pay the deposit on the same day. The rates are just a quote and is subject to change until the deposit is receive and you receive a confirmation email that your reservation is reserved.  If the rates change you will receive an email with the current quote. Due to contractual agreements with the supplier the deposits are non refundable for ANY reason unless the optional insurance is purchased or Caribbean Travel Queen cancel the trip. If you cancel with insurance you must submit your claim with the insurance company directly and not Caribbean Travel Queen.
 
Change Fee: There is a mandatory change fee of $50.00 per person even if insurance is purchased, that must be paid BEFORE your reservation can be changed. All change requests must be submitted in writing via email Only. Changes can only be made on room. Changes cannot be made on airfare. If a reservations is canceled without insurance, all payments are non refundable. If a reservation is canceled with insurance, you must submit the claim to the insurance company directly.  You will receive a copy of your insurance policy at the time of purchase. 
 
Final Payment: The final payment is due on July 1, 2026
We can not extend the final payment due date.  You're reservation will auto cancel if the final payment is not paid by the due date.
 
Credit Card Transaction fee-  The credit card company will add a one time credit card transaction (convenience fee) this fee is divided equally into your monthly payments.
 

 

Credit Card Authorization

By providing my credit card information and or turning on the autopay feature, I authorize Caribbean Travel Queen to charge the credit card, debit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice including the mandatory credit card transaction fee.  I understand that all payments made to Caribbean Travel Queen  are non-refundable for ANY REASON unless the trip is canceled by Caribbean Travel Queen .  I am confirming that I was offered the option to purchase insurance from an independent insurance company.   I understand that if canceled I am required to email my cancellation request to Caribbean Travel Queen and contact the insurance company to submit a claim.  I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.  If a false dispute is made I will be responsible for ALL fees, including legal fees and or bank fees that will incur in pursuing and recovering the funds for the false dispute.
