Join us for the 2024 Spirit Week on a cruise to Bermuda! It doesn't matter where you are from or how long it's been since you last participated in Spirit Week (or if you even participated, though now is the chance to redeem yourself!). We'll be ending the week with a Summer Break Formal Dance (think "Party" because that's exactly what it's going to be!) before leaving for early release (departure) at the end of the cruising. What's not included:
Transportation to Baltimore port not included (arrive June 22, 2024 by 2pm, leave Baltimore June 27, 2024).
Travel Insurance not included in price - it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and can be added on below for an additional cost.
Drink package not included but can be added after deposit is made for a discounted price compared to cost once on the ship. Please choose this option under "extra options" at checkout if you would like me to provide information prior to sail date.
Travel Notes:
This is an EXCLUSIVE event with Bellavue Travel. Attendee’s will be provided BLVX exclusive wristbands for admission to special events.
Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or cancellation of trip (refund may be given via travel insurance plan).
When making your deposit to secure your reservation, you can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic payment plan option and you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at contact@bellavuetravel.com to suspend or change your payment date.
Deposit must be made at completion of this form. Waiting to pay deposit will not guarantee low room rate. Prices will increase the closer we get to departure date.
Trip must be paid in full by Final Payment Due date (March 1, 2024) or booking will be cancelled.
Once full payment is received no later than the Final Payment Due date, all travel documents, finalized itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email (or physical address if requested) 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

Parking is approximately $15.00 per day (subject to change) and is payable upon entering the port parking facility in cash, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to notify Bellavue Travel of all email addresses, phone, and physical address changes.
If you are booking with roommates and you would like to pay separately, please book as a single occupant and then email Bellavue Travel your roommate's full name so that invoices can be corrected and linked.
Higher Room Category is available upon request for an additional rate and can be chosen while making your deposit.

There is a non-refundable deposit. There is a $50 Change fee for any changes (name, passport information, roommate changes) after completion of deposit. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on cancellation date - cancellation can be done with no guarantee of any reimbursement. No refund of any kind offered from the supplier. If travel insurance is purchased, a refund may be processed according to travel insurance plans and policies.
