Originally commemorating the end of the sugar cane harvest, Crop Over has evolved into a spectacular, island-wide celebration filled with culture, music, color, and joy.

From dusk ‘til dawn, enjoy a series of exhilarating events including:

You must provide proof that you have purchased travel insurance for the duration of their trip. It will be an option to purchase a policy when booking.  Remember, international flights aren’t included and prices are based on sharing a double room with two beds. If you’d prefer a single room, you can add this during the booking process if one is available.

DAY 1: JULY 29

Arrive in Barbados – Meet and Greet

  • Arrive in Barbados and transfer to your chosen accommodation
  • The day is yours for you to enjoy as you please
  • Meet your fellow Soca Islanders while enjoying dinner and a live show
DAY 2: JULY 30

Land Tour – Lush Cooler Party

  • We dive into an day of adventure with a trip to some of the natural wonders of Barbados like Harrison’s Cave
  • Take a tour of a rum estate tour (complete with tastings, of course)
  • Attend the first fete on our list—Lush Cooler Party
DAY 3: JULY 31
4 NIGHT PACKAGE BEGINS

Mimosa Breakfast Party – Oistins’ Fish Fry

  • We kick off our day bright and early, heading out from the hotel just before sunrise for Crop Over’s top breakfast event, Mimosa – drinks and food included
  • Visit Oistins for its lively Fish Fry—an absolute must-do when visiting Barbados
DAY 4: AUGUST 01

AM Bush (Foreday Morning) – Bliss All-Inclusive (Jouvert)

  • We head out at 2 am for a drinks and breakfast inclusive Foreday morning event  – Caesar’s Army AM Bush
  • Experience an ultra premium food and drink inclusive event – Bliss Summer Edition
DAY 5: AUGUST 02

Limerz Cruise – Free Time

  • We attend the final event on our itinerary – Limerz Cruise
  • The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy as you please… walk on the beach, dip in the pool, sleep-in
DAY 6: AUGUST 03

Kadooment Day Parade (Full Costume)

  • We parade through the streets of Bridgetown, the vibrant capital city of Barbados, showcasing our costumes
  • Today also marks the end of the Crop Over festivities
DAY 7: AUGUST 04

Barbados Departure

  • Savour your last morning in Barbados. Depending on your departure time, you might have a few hours for some last-minute shopping or a final dip in the sea
  • Bid farewell to the island as you head to the airport for your departure

Barbados Crop Over payment plan

Flexible payment plan making it super easy and affordable to book your Barbados Crop Over experience by providing two payment plan options.

  • Option One: 15% deposit is due upon booking, followed by 35% of the total cost due 30 days after booking. The remaining 50% due 60 days before your trip.
  • Option Two: 25% deposit is due upon booking, followed by regular monthly payments. The total cost must be paid in full 60 days before your trip.

For bookings made between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the experience, 50% of the total cost of the experience must be paid upon booking.

Bookings made between 60 days and 30 days before the start date of the experience, 100% of the total cost of the experience must be paid upon booking.

Hilton Barbados Resort

Situated alongside the Caribbean Sea with two pristine beaches, this luxurious five-star hotel in Needhams Point boasts three tennis courts, on-site dining options, and an expansive infinity pool complex. Each room provides a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Guests at Hilton Barbados can indulge in the oversized tropical outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub and sauna, or maintain their fitness routine in the well-equipped fitness center. A spa is available for soothing massages, and the property includes a 17th-century fort, designated as part of Barbados’ UNESCO heritage. Additionally, the resort provides state-of-the-art meeting and convention facilities.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.

  • All deposits are non-refundable (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $100.00).
  • IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 
  • PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising. 
  • Please make your reservations asap to be locked in. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Hotel subject to change without notice. May be substituted for a similar hotel if necessary.
  • You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times but you must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. If you'd like for us to connect you with a Roommate, Enter "Roommate Needed" at booking and we will try our best to connect you with a roommate. Roommate matching is not availabe for this trip.  You may post to try to obtain a roommate in our group. Matching is not guaranteed.  
  • Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple and quad occupancy rooms consist of two beds for cruises, where triple and quad rooms will consist a twin bed for each person. Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months.  Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 
  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Any account 60 days or more past due will be canceled if there is no communication.
  • Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $50 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services
  • PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Dudley Dream Travel and/or BWT reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided BWT receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification. 
  • You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
  • Late payment of $75.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. 
  • PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. 
  • If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a  justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
  •  You can add travel protection insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com or just Google "Travel Insurance" to select a company that you are comfortable with.   
  • You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements. 
  • Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, BWT reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 ***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case by case basis and for a transfer fee of $75.00. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.
