Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

Travel by Chasity, LLC (TBC) Travel Agency ("the Agency") acts solely as a booking intermediary between the traveler ("the Client") and various suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers ("the Suppliers"). By booking with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by both the Agency and the Suppliers.

The Agency is not responsible for errors, omissions, or breaches by Suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen disruptions to travel plans. The Agency will make every reasonable effort to assist Clients in resolving issues but cannot guarantee outcomes.

2. Booking Process

  • Deposits: A deposit of $50 per person or more is required to confirm a booking. The traveler will see two separate charges on their preferred payment method at booking: 1) payment to Supplier 2) payment to TBC
  • Final Payments: All final payments are due no later than 45 days before the departure date.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in penalties, increased costs, or cancellation of the booking without refund. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment.

3. Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of Suppliers, including policies related to cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Suppliers may change schedules, pricing, or availability without prior notice. The Agency will provide support to address such changes but is not liable for Supplier alterations.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: All payments made to TBC Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with Suppliers. There is a $50 per person cancellation fee that should be paid to TBC through direct invoice, before the cancellation is submitted to the Supplier
  • Supplier-Specific Fees: Cancellations may be subject to additional fees imposed by Suppliers.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Agency booking fees and research fees are non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks: Chargebacks for cancellations are not accepted. All disputes must be handled directly with the Agency. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of TBC’s Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay TBC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
  • Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip.

 

5. Name Changes and Modifications

  • Name Corrections: Names must match travel documents exactly.
  • Fees: A $25 Agency fee applies to name changes or itinerary modifications, in addition to any Supplier fees.
  • Restrictions: Changes may not be possible after ticket issuance.

6. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing valid passports (minimum six months validity beyond travel dates) and any necessary visas.
  • Agency Role: The Agency may provide guidance but does not guarantee visa issuance.
  • Document Delivery: Travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and vouchers, will be provided electronically or via mail 1-2 weeks before departure.

7. Flights & Airline Policies

  • Delays and Cancellations: The Agency is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines.
  • Luggage Policies: Clients must adhere to airline-specific baggage policies.

8. Meals, Transfers, and Transportation

Clients must review Supplier-provided information regarding included meals, transfers, and transportation services. The Agency is not liable for discrepancies or changes.

9. Health and Travel Requirements

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must comply with health and travel requirements, including vaccinations, testing, and other protocols.
  • COVID-19 Policies: Travel is subject to evolving COVID-19 regulations. Clients must stay informed and adhere to all applicable rules.

10. Liability and Responsibility

The Agency is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
  • Changes to accommodations or itineraries by Suppliers.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Adhering to travel laws and Supplier policies.
  • Being punctual for itineraries.

11. Travel Insurance

The Agency strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] with Pre-Departure Waiver

Pre-Departure Waiver and the following service are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or by final payment due date, whichever occurs first. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. Non-refundable hotel rooms are not eligible to receive a refund or voucher if VPP or VPP+ are purchased. You must select VPI for this room type to be eligible for coverage.

Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.

Booking Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment to pricedrop@vacationexpress.com and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.

Start your day in the picturesque capital of Saint George’s and explore the bustling market lined with stands selling tropical fruit, vegetables and spices from across the island. Next, step back in time with a stop at the historic Fort Fredrick before taking a break on the idyllic shores of Grand Anse Beach. Head to the Chocolate Museum and learn about Grenada’s organic chocolate production before sampling some confectionary or relax at the Carenage, a scenic inlet lined with waterfront bars. Afterwards, stop off at charming Woburn fishing village and watch as traditional fishing boats, modern yachts and powerboats cruise through the bay and take in sweeping views of picturesque islands just off the coast. End your day with a visit to De La Grenade Industries and Grenada Distillers, where you can sample some of the island’s finest exports from delicious syrups to jams, jellies, chocolate liqueurs and rum. Make sure to pick up a souvenir or two and bring home a taste of the Isle of Spice!

This full day tour with an experienced Caribbean Horizons tour guide lives up to its name, offering ‘Grenada in a Nutshell’ – all the island’s highlights in one fun-filled day. The island tour starts by driving along the picturesque west coast, stopping at Gouyave Nutmeg Station where you’ll learn why Grenada is known as the Spice Isle to its name, offering ‘Grenada in a Nutshell’ – all the island’s highlights in one fun-filled day. The island tour starts by driving along the picturesque west coast, stopping at Gouyave Nutmeg Station where you’ll learn why Grenada is known as the Spice Isle. Next, visit Diamond Chocolate Factory and sample delicious Jouvay Chocolate. Enjoy a delicious authentic Grenadian lunch at Belmont Estate in the northern parish of St. Patrick, where you’ll also visit Carib’s Leap, an important historic site in Sauteurs. Stop at a 200-year-old water-powered distillery to taste River Antoine Rum on the drive southward to the eastern town of Grenville. The scenery changes dramatically as you cut across the mountains, through the Grand Etang rainforest, home of the Mona monkey and finish off with a cooling swim at Annandale Falls on the return journey to St. George’s.
