To provide the professional services required to thoughtfully plan and arrange your travel, Sassie Travel Destinations charges a non-refundable concierge planning fee. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalized attention dedicated to curating a seamless travel experience tailored to your needs. This approach ensures every client receives focused attention, expert guidance, and a thoughtfully planned travel experience from start to finish.

Travel planning is an investment of time, industry knowledge, and supplier relationships. Concierge services may include researching cruise and resort options, coordinating transportation, contacting suppliers, and designing a customized itinerary aligned with your travel goals.

Once your personalized itinerary is delivered, you are welcome to review and compare options. Should you choose not to proceed with booking through Sassie Travel Destinations, the concierge fee will be retained as compensation for professional services rendered.

Concierge Fee Structure

• Individual Travel Planning: $100 per trip
• Private Group Travel Planning (8–20 travelers): $150 per group (client-led groups)
